Big Bulls Bang'n BBQ and Southern Comfort Food Columbia owners wife has bad customer service, and food isn't good; over cooked and over price. 790943132 This is my second visit here and both visit were horrible, bad customer service from owners wife. I posted reviews on web site, but she had it removed. The reviews you see on line are fake, done by her friends. Don't waste your money here. veggies are over cooked and rice hard. I have nothing to gain from leaving this review, just don't want you to waste your money like I did. " BE WARNED !!!
I moved here 5 years ago and Bull's quickly became my favorite BBQ spot. Although they have always been a bit pricey. I was determine to support Black Own. My favorite choices was the Cobbler and Sweet Tea besides the BBQ. I decided to start calling in my orders about 2 years ago to save time and the woman on the phone was rude and inpatient, She spoke to me as if I knew the entire menu by heart. So I stop calling in. Even though I pass by it nearly everyday. I stop going for about a year. This weekend I had to have some, so I ordered online and was very hesitant to confirm the $30 check out. But what the hell its been a while. I ordered curb side, however after parking on the street I decided to walk in for safety. Once inside it was crazy. A woman was hollering at the staff in the kitchen and then proceed into the lobby area and continue to verbally abuse the young staff. It really pissed me off. At one point a young lady tried handing her the phone and she refuse to take the phone until she knew what was going on. Stating she didn't like surprises on the phone. I held my peace, but knew I would not be returning. Even worst was the food, I toss about half in the trash poaching was too small for the price, short ribs was dry, mac was runny, and most of all my peach cobbler was just a lump of dark brown bread with about 4 mini peach slices. It is sad to leave, because I really like the Owner , he has always been one of the reasons for me returning. But I could see, that even he is getting worn down. I will be making the drive to Ronnie's in Elgin when I have the time. P.S. I am positive the woman is his Wife, other wise she would have been terminated long ago.
The food was so good! My fiancé was in love with the greens and the St.Louis Ribs. I loved the Mac n Cheese and the St.Louis Ribs. The ribs were cooked so good, they were falling off the bone.
The food here is good. Be prepared to wait! I like their baked turkey wings and rice. The ribs are good, very meaty and full of flavor. The chicken wings are hit and miss. Sometimes they are overcooked and other times they are ok. They have an Arnold Palmer that is awesome.
Great food but doesn’t really close at closing time. Says they close at 8 but if u don’t order by 6:30 they not making no other plates. Really closes at 6:30.
Very rude. Bad customer service I left a review on google and he tried to play like I was bad one. I would not lie!
