Just like others terrible customer service WAY OVER PRICED AND UNDERWHELMED. Poor customer service dinner was ruined call them up to fix it and give them another chance they took no responsibilty they did not care that they screwed up they got paid already. I'LL NEVER PATRON BANGIN BULLSHlT AGAIN
This is my first and last time visiting Big Bull’s. I came in and ordered at 5:24. There’s a sign on the door notifying you of the expected wait of 15 to 30 minutes. I had high hopes as I seen people come in and come out with what I assumed to be online orders. I also saw people come in and come out with no order and then their food was brought to them. At 6:06 I called asking if I needed to come in and get my order as I still had been waiting. The young lady that answered told me give them 10 more minutes. At 6:25 I went in and was greeted by the young lady that took my order and was told, that was food was coming. It’s 6:33 and I’m still waiting. I appreciate the manners that the young lady has but I didn’t appreciate that time wasn’t respected. I won’t be returning and hopefully, they get better with that. Oh, I ordered the (2) 2 meat meals and 2 deserts of people are thinking I ordered a lot.
The flavors of the brisket, ribs, smoked chicken breast, and the smothered pork chop were top notch. I had 5 of their 7 (or 6) sauces of which were all great... they had appropriately described from the popular BANGIN SAUCE, to the sweet White sauce,.... the sweet honey sauce is the WAY TO GO. THE sides were VERY GOOD as well... the owner recommended the potato salad, and I'll say LISTEN TO THIS MAN!! THE GREEN BEANS were seasoned to perfection and the Mac n Cheese was approved by the ancestors, straight up! I also ordered the smothered pork chop over rice, and my grandmother has been dead for at least 18 years, but I think she's in that kitchen with Elvis and Tupac because no young Buck is back there performing like this on these plates...... in short..... they are worth whatever gas it takes to get there. Now, what is keeping me from a straight 5 star review..... as PITMASTER/CHEF/CERTIFIED BBQ JUDGE/ SMALL BUSINESS OWNER... is how the brisket is cut. Listen the portions were more than adequate, the flavor is worthy of going back for more, the tenderness & moistness of the meat was mouth watering.... but my two BIG slices were cut with the grain, instead of against it. This may not matter in the big scheme of things.... but to those that BBQ is more than just good food, it's an art... this matters. B4 gets my full support and vote!!!

We decided to place a takeout order and to try 3 of their side options this past weekend, since we've enjoyed other things on their menu previously. Their customer service is always on point, and they cook everything fresh as it is ordered. On this visit I’m not sure if it was an off day or not, but the side favors was not very good. The collar greens had too much sugar in them, the Mac and cheese was kind of dry and burnt, and they stuffing didn't have hardly any seasoning. But because I've had their BBQ meats before I feel like they're a solid 4 star establishment, with some room for improvement.I really appreciated that it was a black owned family business, and their staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They do have a small private parking lot so if they’re busy than parking can become challenging. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to everyone.
Food was amazing!! Cake was very moist, love trying out black businesses.. This was my first time trying this place and I enjoyed it
I ordered some food for the first time from here via door dash and it was REALLY good. I got fried Turkey wings with rice and gravy, fried okra, cabbage, cornbread, smoked chicken, baked beans, and potato salad, and banana pudding. I liked the texture of the banana pudding it was silky. I would definitely order from here again.

They take entirely too long to get orders out. They are more than a half hour late on my pickup order. Don’t go here if you value your time. I’d rather sit at Applebees or something bc at least I can enjoy the wait time and even then, they may be faster. Barely any parking here either. Someone almost hit my car trying to get out. Ridiculous. Get some staff!
Great experience, we put a order for pickup at 545pm I got a call around 540pm saying my order was ready. When I arrived gave a call and waited a bit then decided to go inside to geab the food. I was notified that they were not happy on how the porkchop looked so they re cooked it. I was very impressed by the attention to detail and setting the standard high for their food. I would and will go back with out hesitation.
The food here used to be so good. Now everything just tastes like a bucket of salt. Dont get me wrong, I appreciate food seasoned well but this is too much. The mac and cheese has way more cheese than anything. Just wasnt tasty at all. Threw most of it away. Dissapointed.Edit: Initially I had this as a one star. Then I had a change of heart. We should be building each other up not bringing each other down. So what if I wasn't satisfied with this particular meal. There are countless times when I was very well pleased. So often we are so quick to focus on the one time something went wrong instead of praising for all the times it was right. Be the change you want to see. Lets change the narrative.
