I just attempted to place an order, granted it was 8 minutes before they were scheduled to close. When I pulled up to order, the employee there says, "Sorry, we're closed." However, the neon 'open' sign was still on. At least he told me they were closed instead of having me wait like a jackass (which is why I am giving two stars rather than one), but still, you keep the open sign on and don't post anything regarding your revised hours and people will assume you are still open. I will not be returning to this location for awhile.
Definitely horrible quality. I think the store was bought out. The staff constantly changes and even worse the portion sizes are noticeably small. I remember when 2 scoops were coming out and overflowing, now they sit in the bottom with lots of room left......not to mention all the prices have been removed because they are higher. I even ordered quarts with about an 1inch of air and empty space under the lids.
The young man who served us today at the drive thru was very patient as we decided what we wanted and our sundaes were delicious! However, the portions were small compared to what I've had from other BR stores in the past. I may stop again if in the area but wouldn't make a special trip there.
I have went to this baskin Robbins for years, I think they have been bought out recently because I had my usual tonight brownie sundae, it's definately not the same vanilla as they have always had it was very unflavorful, also the almonds are different! Stop trying to save a few dollars and get back the same ice cream as they had that's why customers come for what they are use too! ??
If I could give a negative review i would...First and LAST time coming. Ordered a 1 scoop sundae. In which I was asked multiple times if I want hot fudge whip cream and a cherry. Just to still not have hot fudge. When I asked for it. I was yelled at by the Indian man that it was an extra charge. Which I started recording and let him know it was fine. That I wouldn't have had a problem paying had he communicated that from the very beginning. But since he was being disrespectful i wanted my money back. At first he didn't want to give me a refund so I called corporate. He charged me for extra toppings but when he refunded me didn't refund the full amount. Extremely disappointed.
This location deserves a negative 10. Service is slow, therefore backed up. The manager, ShirishSJ, has an awful attitude... very disrespectful. She's working the drive through, but there is a communication barrier. It doesn't help that she becomes frustrating and insulting, by over talking and cutting you off. I've frequented this location in the past for the 3 scoop sundae, which is usually regular serving sizes (adult scoops). Today the manager states the scoops are child size, when asked to see a sample of "child size" she refused, stating she has other customers. I asked when the change occurred, she said it's not a change. So I ask... the scoops are the same as before? To which she replies yes, but then reverts back to saying "child size." So which is it? We went ahead and ordered thinking it would be the norm, as she states this is not a change. Well low and behold.... BE AWARE... they are now serving child portions for the same adult prices. $15 for children sundaes served with a hefty dose of attitude. She interrupted and spoke over my mother. When I corrected her poor behavior she had the nerve to tell me not to be rude to her, to which I introduced her to rude. If you are stressed dealing with the public hire more staff. Ice cream purchases are usually fun times, but this was an epic disappointment. After being a loyal customer to this location for many years, I am gladly taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. The service and servings are disappointing and sad. And this was at the hand of the manager. Probably can't get any lower. Shirish needs customer service training. Perhaps close the location if you have to attack customers and jack-up the prices.
I have never had a problem at any Baskin-Robbins. This is the first time I've been to this location and I did not like this experience. When i got my ice cream it was soft and already melting. I hate my ice cream that way so I took it back. I did not like the customer service I received when I asked for another scoop fresh from the freezer or my money back. I asked for cold stiff ice cream not cold stiff attitude.
Terrible Management at thIS Two Notch Road location.. Ice cream is in small portions and way too expensive..Ice cream is so high that they don't even have prices on their Drive Thru Board..Brusters is in Sandhills! It's way better and cheaper and they give you BIG SCOOPS!!

I ordered two banana splits and when I got home they had none of the syrups added. I called and spoke to Jordan and he offered to replace them and to bring receipt. When I went tonight to have replaced the woman who I think was owner said they would not replace. I told her by Jordan they would replace. She refused. She was rude and very disrespectful and ugly. It is sad that people will not do what someone said they would do. They were $17. I will not go back there because of the management. Find another store to go too. Very disappointed in a company like Baskin Robbins would have people like this ruining there company name.
