My husband wanted to treat me to icecream so after failing to find a DQ we settled for here. He got his favorites and I got a warm brownie with vanilla icecream. The young gentleman did not warm the brownie up at all. The icecream was fine but the brownie tasted old and stale. With what we spent on this trip, I expected to be totally satisfied with what we got. Don't expect to be greeted or even thanked. The 2 working today seemed so unhappy to be there. We had sherbet on the outside of our bag and all. They can do much better.
order just now never greeted and the people have a nasty attitude I will not return if u don't like your job leave people shouldn't feel uncomfortable because yall have a attitude
Showed up slightly after 8pm to them locking up the doors the other night.. online says they don't close until 10. Wasted trip.

Had bad experience when i walked into this location few minutes before closing when a female employee rudely started screaming that it was closed when she was stilling helping someone at cash register.

This location has nice employees, but they can NOT make a Cappuccino Blast! They need to train their team for the Baskin side as much as they do for the Duncan portion of their business.
This location has a really really bad service the manager does not have a time to talk to the customer about placing an order
when someone is injured in your store, it is important to have staff who actually know where the first-aid kit is (I was bleeding!), know how to offer help to a customer (beyond offering a new bag for the order that fell with me smh) and management who actually responds to that customer. it is appalling to me that you have refused to provide the follow-up information promised. customer care is sorely lacking at this store, and staff training needs improvement.
