Very dissatisfied and felt very disrespected by the on duty manager today. Went in to pickup my carside to go order, that I placed on my Applebees app. And the manager made me show him proof that I paid for my order by showing the deduction from my mobile banking app. 1. A order will not go through if you don’t pay for it through the app. 2. The food was very dry and not made correctly. 3. The attendants did even bother to check for my order which was supposed to be ready when I got there to pick it up. Instead a cook helped me and prepare my order which was 30 minutes after my arrival. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism on the part of the in duty manager, who seem to have an attitude with his staff as I heard him scolding the crew. That’s just how lord he was. My wife and I will not be going back to this location again we’ll just drive out of our way and go to another one from now on.
Horrible service, management made excuses as to not having enough servers (only 2 other families in restaurant) and that is why our order was taking awhile. Took about an hour to get drinks, again not many people in restaurant. Not all food was received at the same time. This was the worst service I have ever had and do NOT recommend this restaurant at this location

I picked up a to-go order, 1/2 rack of ribs, garlic potatoes & steamed broccoli. My total was $36 for 2 meals. My food was HORRIBLE!! I was given ribs that sat all day, then put barbecue sauce on it and microwaved it. So the meat was hard AF. Food cost too much these days for customers not to get freshly made entrées. I will not patronize this location again.
The food and service was awesome. I was really impressed with the staff; they were so attentive.
‼️Warning ⚠️ don’t ever go to the Applebee’s on two Notch by Walmart! The waiter stole my phone!! Luckily I have find my iPhone so it kept on ringing right by the hostess desk! After spending a hour looking for it!! And not to mention the food was horrible! I got the chicken Alfredo pasta with no chicken and the noodles were hard ,,missing my bread which the waitress dropped on the floor!

our "waiter Jakel P" comes to our table pants around the knees, not a proper work attire for serving food, very good on coming to table, took 10 minutes to get a refill on tea. looked like he only had 2 tables so not busy, when we finally got our food, we got the check right away to get rid of us. Don't think we will be back. Food was ok.
Every time we go, we get the same waitress and she is so freaking awesome. I never seem to catch her name but she is exceptional. Food is always good and never wait long for anything
Wonderful food. Our waitress, Beautiful, yes that was her name, was a real pleasure! She was attentive, accurate, and friendly! She lived up to her name! The food came out in a reasonable time and tasted great! Will definitely visit again!
