Nice location close to hotels. Restaurant was somewhat crowded when we arrived but we were immediately seated. Server was friendly and served our drinks quickly. The biggest shock was our eating utensils were a package of plastic knife, fork and napkin in a plastic bag like you would get in a take out. Food was served very quickly and was very good.
Ok so I had placed a large order late last night and was missing 3 of my items. I tried calling last night but no answer. So I decided to call today a tell them what happened. I did and the manager was so awesome. I loved the way he handled everything. Very nice and polite! This is the way to handle things. Especially in the food industry. I never had this problem so for the first time. He/It was so refreshing to have this manager be the nicest. I thought I was gonna have to go through hoops but I didn’t. Thank you Cam(the manager)for making my day. All the blessings to you and your staff.
Went to Applebee's for Mother's Day after going to another restaurant first. We had reservations and before even getting water waited an hour before deciding to leave. Went to Applebee's and the food was fresh,hot and delicious but the service of the server was superior, Derek was awesome. If you go see if you can have him, he will definitely take care of you. He was our lemonade when got lemons from the other restaurant.

Told 15-20 minute wait but over 30 minutes with no update. 4 people at the hostess table but seating only one couple every 15 minutes. Less than 25% of the tables being used. No wait staff visible for 20 minutes at a time. I know it's hard to get help but this was ridiculous. We left, went 1/2 mile away, were seated immediately, served very quickly and with better food than Applebee's offers. I remember why it's been more than 5 years since I went to Applebee's. Will likely not ever be back.
The third time ordering delivery and not receiving it. The staff was unable to provide an explanation on either event. I’m terribly disappointed at the lack of accountability at all levels.
I was disappointed with the service I received. I ordered takeout and they omitted my bacon cheeseburger. I went back to get that. I paid for extra bacon and cheese. Neither was added. The final straw was all of my did was cold. I've never had an issue with the before, so I'll just write this one off. Smh!
I've gone here twice. the servers act like they don't want to be here. there's no managers on the floor that I see. I can understand why it's never busy here. why would you want to come. I'm actually about to stand up and leave. haven't gotten to even order a drink yet and last time the food all came out ice cold.
Terrible terrible terrible. I went to eat and they didn't have the food I originally ordered so I got boneless wings. I ate 3 wings before I noticed that the chicken was raw. This is disgusting however I am pleased how Mary the manager responded with everything. I will be talking to corporate and hopefully I am not terribly sick.
