Service was very slow even though it seemed pretty dead. Went with 4 people, everyone ordered drinks at the same time but we were brought out drinks 2 at a time with about 30 minute wait time between. Same with the food so it was kind of awkward for the group. We wanted to order more drinks but decided against it because we didn't want to wait around for another hour. Food and drinks were fine but the server seemed distracted and was much more dedicated to the other tables around us so the experience wasnt great. I won't go again and neither will the others from my group

The Aplebee's nearest me closed several years ago, so I often try to find one on trips I take. Today's restaurant was a find, near the expressway but tucked away from traffic. There was no wait and very few people inside. But the staff was friendly, tables and menus were clean, and the food was served hot and delicious. I had the Fiesta lime chicken and others had the lime chicken and rice bowl. Our server was prompt and friendly and the perfect degree of attention was given to us. All diners were pleased and we marked it on our maps of places to eat while in the area. Thanks for a great experience.I would have given 5 stars if the bathroom had received more attention to cleanliness and or updating.

Service was really less than average. Server seemed to not be worried about much.Food was just ok. Spinach Dip was cold and couldn't get the server back to our table to address it. Steak was supposed to be medium and was beyond well done.Probably going to try a different location in the future.

Waited 10 minutes or longer to be seated…. Waited another 20 minutes to have order taken. Food was gross. Salad was soaked with dressing… only two servers showed up for work and they were doing the best they could. The bathrooms were disgusting and restaurant was dirty….. Not a good day for this Applebee’s…..

Food was good and the waiters hospitality was pretty good. Restaurant in general could use a deep clean. I mean like new carpet a bathroom remodel and new tables and chairs. This is more of an owner issue than an employee issue.

Service was great, but all of the food was awful. I typically love Applebee's and my favorite thing is their mozzarella sticks.In this case the Mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders were bland and undercooked. Even the coating seemed different than usual. The fries were clearly made hours before and tasted old and a little stale. My wife's French Onion Soup tasted watered down.The bathrooms weren't very clean and smelled strongly of urine. They were not at all busy

I had a good terrible experience. First off I was sat at a dirty table while every table in the restaurant was dirty except the bar. I sat at the table for 10 minutes to be waited on and the bartender Dustin was the only nice person and asked me if I needed anything. After both of us watched every server in the restaurant look at me sitting a dirty table. It was terrible feeling so I moved to the bar. Dustin was nice and talked to everyone while who knows where the managers were because they were not doing there job. He was having to tell servers to seat people at the door and to do there job because he was doing his bar duties and pretty much running the restaurant while the cooks and servers were goofing off in the back tables. The unprofessional and work ethic of the staff was terrible hearing them talking about walking out and quitting because they don’t care about there place of employment was crazy. But the good experience was the bartender and him actually do more then what he was hired for. The food was good.

I walked in to place an order, I wasn't acknowledged by the manger in training who was standing at the register. Once a staff member finally arrived, she acknowledged me and told me she will be right back, ok cool. I waited then another customer came in. When the staff member returned she went directly to the other customer and went to get her food like I wasn't standing there waiting to be served. I left and call to speak to the store manager she wasn't very helpful. I got no apology or even asked how could she help me. All she said was I will talk to them.They need overall customer service training from the staff all the way up to the manager. I won't patronize them again.

Poor service (yes I know their is a staffing shortage, however she only had 3-4 tables and could rarely be found on the floor to even provide silverware). Grandkids pizza meal looked like they came out of microwave. My French onion soup was the best thing about the meal.

This place was horrible...the host/server was rude to some of the people in my party. Took forever for us to be able to order. Our waiter started off rude...throwing straws at us. Took forever for us to order our food. When we did order, we ordered appetizers that we didn't received until we got our food. Orders were not complete. I ordered 2 loaded garlicky mashed potatoes, 2 garlicky green beans, crispy onions and a 10 piece boneless wing. I only received 7 wings, a few were raw. My mashed potatoes were not loaded. They literally took the plate back to the kitchen and instead of replacing them, they took them back and in seconds came back out with the plate where they just added sour cream, cheese and bacon on cold mashed potatoes. One of the children didn't receive his food until it was time to go. Then we were told they were just going to take the meal off the ticket. So at this point, is the child not suppose to eat? Thennnnnnnnn, after THEY mess up our orders, they messed up the tickets...charging ppl the wrong amount. Then threatened to call the cops saying we didn't pay WHICH WE TOTALLY DID"...UGH I'm just over it. There is a little more but ugh. Dont go here!!!Manager Nate, Quinn server/waiter
