My family and I have been to this location twice. Both times the service has not been bad, but Non Existent. I completely get being short staffed. If that’s the case, say something. If there’s an issue, say something. Don’t just ignore or seat your customers and let them just wonder what’s going on. If I could give negative stars, I would. We will NEVER return to this location. ????
Ok everyone, I think Applebees on Devine is back! I don’t know who this new chef is, but honey…the food was EXCELLENT today. Even the broccoli was seasoned all the way through. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and the to go food that we ordered taste even better! PLEASE KEEP THIS COOK AND STAFF! I haven’t had food this good since the Pandemic! Kudos to you all
4 months pregnant , I’ve been waiting outside for my food for 30 mins (curbside of course) and no one has came to check on me (checked on 3 other cars tho) and I placed an order almost a whole hour ago. When I called to ask the young lady about the curbside policy she hung up before I could verify the process. So basically I drove 15 mins away for my order, and waited over 30 mins for no reason. Great customer service
We waiting at the door with multiple other couples to be seated. Staff kept walking by, looking at us, but no one stopped to say anything. Eventually enough people built up, so the hostess said someone would seat us eventually, they needed five minutes to clear tables. She repeated this when she stopped by again a few times, and then the manager started coming by to tell us that too, but the restaurant wasn’t busy and no one was making an effort to clear the few cluttered tables. When we finally got seated, it was difficult to get serviced in a decent amount of time. Our waitress was mostly nice, but we did get some rude looks from staff when we asked for refills. Both of our entires were cold, but they had no issue charging us $50. My broccoli was also hard. The online payment portal didn’t work, so we had to wait even longer to pay our ticket so we could leave. This was our second time here and it wasn’t any better than the first, so I doubt we’ll be back again.
The greeter was great! She wiped tables, worked the bar, helped everyone. The food was not good..I had a chicken salad, dripping in dressing and the chicken was raw. Our waiter never asked if our food was ok or brought our drinks. The greeter did! But no Heineken was available but still charged for that instead of Miller lite. We were tired and said "forget it" let's go...don't go!!!!!!
I would just like to say Sandra H. provided my co-worker and I with outstanding service! She went up and beyond to take care of our to-go order, she is awesome! You guys are lucky to have Sandra, people just don't provide great service like that anymore, she did just that and some!! She went up and beyond to provide such great service. Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp is so bomb! Our food was hot fresh and delicious! Try it and ask for the brown sauce! I will be back, because of Sandra's kindness and professionalism, she was very knowledgeable regarding the food selections, she also recommended some great options! I feel confident spending my lunch money with Applebee's knowing Sandra H. is there to help. First time at this location and it has been years since I've been to applebees. Food was pretty good per usual. The staff was ok, but I did kinda felt a rush when they kept asking for our plates, especially when we weren't finished eating and come for refills, but that's ok tbh. My only problem is that it was freezing in their. It was already cold and we outside but inside was more cold than the outside. We got our food in a timely manner.
Very disappointed in the service. I placed an online order for curbside. It was charged to my bank. After waiting about 20 mins I went in to check on the order and they told me they didn't have a record of the order. I showed them my bank transaction where it actually came out twice. The manager on duty tried to figure it out and explained that this never happened before and she didnt understand it. After consulting with her manager they did place my order but I will not be placing an online order at that place again
Had my favorite dish here today after church. Steak and shrimp with parmesan cheese sauce. So good. The staff here us awesome. A great atmosphere to dine in. Thx guys!!!
Very nice lunch here. Food was great.Crying child 2 booths away. I was not pleased with the situation. Applebees is supposed to be more more Upscale than that. Not a please for crying toddlers.
