The food was decent... Nothing special.Online ordering was a little weird and a little glitchy.. but in the end worked.The main reason they get such low rating is the curb side pickup. They have parking spaces with signs for online orders that are numbered... The automated text messages says they will come out to the car shortly with the food.But after waiting for 30 minutes I went inside and found out... They don't go to the car... You have to go through the drive through and my food was cold and also had been waiting for 30 minutes.
The waitress Megan was excellent.However, the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and broccoli was not. The Alfredo tasted like just water mixed with garlic and it was not edible my daughter put it in a to-go box to bring home but it will be thrown away. I was very disappointed I have not been there in a while I used to love it. I probably will not be going back
How does salmon? It was pretty good. The The broccoli was okay but the coleslaw taste to mayonnaisey. Other than that everything is fine

We go to this Applebee's sometimes when in Columbia. Our experiences have always been good. Looks like they've added some different items to the menu. My wife & I both had the Prime Rib sandwich and really enjoyed it. Service was great as well.
Server was very accommodating, attentive, and provided overall great service. I like how COVID savvy they are. Definitely will be returning.
Visiting from out of town to attend a concert and any Applebee's I go to never disappoint. Our server, I think his name Dominic, was very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was served nice hot, restaurant was clean and hostess was friendly.
Could have went to Waffle House and got a better steak! Yalls food has really went down hill !! Need to learn the difference between a well done steak and a medium well steak. This will be the last time we ever step foot back in here !
Very nice place and the food was absolutely amazing we also had dessert and again it was amazing, we have a very nice waitress that made sure we had everything we needed during our meal and the prices are very good. I will definitely be stopping again while traveling by the way.
Daphne, the manager in training, was exceptional. Very personable, made me feel appreciated as a customer. AndDebs, our waitress, was beyond great! If all servers were like her I'd probably go out to eat more often. She was very attentive of her customers needs while still giving each thier fair share of a great personality. And the food was exceptional... this Establishment really has stepped up its game with great staff.Applebees store #9726 is a definite ?.
