Pick up service is a literal joke. The food isn’t even close to matching the description or picture. After waiting at the hostess stand with no hostess for 20 minutes I was delighted to get my cold food that had been sitting at the counter the entire time. The French toast looked like a grilled cheese, there was no strawberries, whipped cream, or syrup. I’m not sure how to describe the “omelette” that I opened up. No salsa or sour cream for that pile of slop. Not your best effort broken egg.
This is a gravy biscuit with no gravy. MyHusband has to drive 20 minutes to get the gravy. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes and gave up!! If you are going to do online orders, please be thorough. It’s a waste of time and GAS.
Very yummy! Coffee & cranberry mimosa were great! I ate the crab cake benedict & it was fabulous with the city grits, delish! My husband had the chilaquiles. We weren’t really a fan of those. They are not your “original” from Mexico taste. If you like to eat chili then you’ll love them. Overall it was a great experience! Lots of people waiting but if you don’t mind eating on the patio, you can seat yourself when the first table is available!! Enjoy!
Allen was awesome and did a great job making sure that we had everything we needed. The manager also informed us that they ran out of pancake batter and had been using a different batter. The truck came and they remade the pancakes and gave them to us to go, just to make sure we were completely satisfied with the food. Oh yeah, and they gave us some free beignets (that were awesome by the way) since they had to remake our pancakes. I give this location a 10 out of 10.
Food was good. Potatoes were burnt though. Cutest coffee mugs. Food was hot fresh and made to order. Waitress was patient as I added and removed items from my omelet. Food was good though.
This is a must go-to place. The food is amazing with lots of options. The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be returning with more people.
