Hard to order over the phone repeated my order several times and still was not made right. This location is not good.
Food was awesome Customer Service sucked the young lady that proclaimed to be management was rude and she need to find another job. Disrespecting your elders you will never be blessed. The reason for 1 star was her bad customer service
Judgeing from other American Delis I've been to.Their Parmesian Wings are the bomb ?.I will definitely get food from there again.
Food was pick up by door dash my shrimp fried rice had sand grits in it and was so gummy and cold there shrimp still had shells on it I wouldn’t recommend to eat from all I tasted was sand threw it in the trash the entire plate ??????????????
The hot wings taste sweet and my lemon pepper wings only had a pinch of seasoning.
First time here, the ladies were young ,but professional.I wish you guys would chose a different french fry style ,and be nice on the fries ,but I had to throw alot of them away ...( sad face) , it was so much...The fish was on point,the shrimp was a little on the hard side.I would definitely try again
Ordered through Uber eats, they failed to send all my food. I called and the young lady ask if I could come pick it up , this defeats the purpose of Uber eats. She then says let me check with the manager so you don’t have to reorder. Of course I’m not reordering I already paid you . She then places me on hold and accidentally returns because she thought I was another customer. Then without saying anything went back on hold and never returned. Don’t purchase here unless you can physically check your order. Bad customer service but continue to have business I assume because of the supply and demand .However you paying so you dictate the supply
The “manager” as she called herself was EXTREMELY RUDE and for no reason….I got my order and instead of giving me a 10 piece wrong meal they gave me 6 so I simply said I ordered a 10 piece and she immediately went in attack mode…literally starts insulting my hairstyle and being very ignorant….
