We had our wedding cake and dessert table done by Ally and Eloise and we could not have had a better experience! Not only were the desserts tasty and beautiful, the communication and process with the shop was great! Aleka and her team did a great job and I would highly recommend them for any upcoming event!
Purchased a box of 4 macaroons at the booth at Soda city this past Saturday. Was so excited to try them and they were awful!! They were each supposed to be a different flavor. 1 pumpkin, 1 vanilla, 1 chocolate, and the last one was either supposed to be strawberry or raspberry. They all tasted the exact same were simply different colors. Highly disappointed and do not recommend buying these!
I had a custom 9” birthday cake that was absolutely perfect. I asked for a peach cobbler cake which is exactly what I received, absolutely no cake was left and everybody wanted to know who made it. 10 outta 10 on top of my cake being amazing the customer service really matched. Every question I had was easily answered and any accommodation they could offer they did and I really appreciated that. Thank y’all for a wonderful cake! (Sparkler candles from ?)

Ally & Eloise Bakeshop for the win y'all! So first off they normally need 48 hours notice for special orders, I wasn't able to give them that, I was able to give them 24 hour notice and they said no problem. I needed an order of 18 macarons for Annalise's Fancy Nancy tea party themed birthday party this Sunday. I was able to do TEN different flavors and they did them all in pink and white to go with her theme. Well they close at 3:00pm, I wasn't going to be able to pick them
Bakery and staff are awesome!! If you love chocolate, try the flourless chocolate cake...it's to die for!!
Stopped in today for the first time at around 2pm. Customer service was outstanding. The lady working was extremely helpful to this stress out step dad in need of cake pops for 4th grade school tomorrow. Oh, they are delicious also...
I would first like to say that Ally & Eloise came highly recommend (from another baker closed during COVID) when I was searching for a birthday cake back in May. When ordering, I decided to go with the “Ally’s birthday cake” because I am a huge fan of chocolate. It was beautifully iced and had a very nice script “Happy Birthday” on top. However, when we cut into the cake, it was very dry and dense and the frosting was way too sweet. We could barely finish a 1/4 of a slice before giving up. After spending so much money on the cake, we didn’t want to waste it and ended up unloading it on family to help get rid of it. I realize that it’s a pandemic, times are tough, and everyone has a rough day. No worries.Fast forward to this past week when I was again searching for a birthday cake. I figured that everyone deserves a second chance and maybe I just caught them on an off day. Well, this time I ordered the pound cake with chocolate frosting. When I picked it up, the friendly young lady at the window said that it was her, “favorite cake” and it was “so delicious.” Hearing her review, I had my hopes up after the lackluster first cake, and assumed that the prior cake was just a mishap. As before, it was beautifully decorated with the “Happy Birthday” on top. But, unfortunately yet again, it was dense, dry, and had an overly sweet frosting. The frosting also tasted very gritty like it hadn’t been mixed very well. I ordered the 6 inch cake and we have barely eaten 2 slices while the rest is still sitting in the fridge.I really had high hopes based on recommendations, but so far, the cakes I’ve ordered have been inedible. Maybe I’ve ordered the wrong items and have missed their signature cakes? All I know is that I’ve spent over $70 on 2 cakes and haven’t been able to finish a single slice.

Ally made our wedding cake, and we were so beyond pleased with everything! Our cake was red velvet and vanilla, and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it! Not to mention, the cake was beautiful. I didn’t know how to fully describe what I wanted the cake to look like, but I just trusted her to make something pretty and she did just that. Working with her was so easy from cake tasting, planning our order, to delivery on the day of the wedding. We are so happy that we chose her for our special day!
