I had two vegetable samosas and goat pepper. Samosas were delicious. They have a great selection, which I could not taste all due to the limited amount of time in town. Customer service is great. Parking was easy the day I went, and the menu has a decent selection of food. Goat pepper was alright. I made some rice at home, and did some modifications which I think tested great. I will 100% recommend this place if you are around.
Have been a customer of this place for years and always enjoyed it. With typically come on Sundays or some weekdays for lunch for the lunch buffet. Me and a group of friends would meet here. Very often. People were friendly, the food was great. And it's a great way to enjoy Indian cuisine. I feel that they should have charged more for the buffet, but instead they have done away with the buffet once COVID came into play. And then they have just refused to go back to it because they do enjoy the decreased workload. And that's understandable. However, I have been here twice once for lunch and once for dinner with the same group of friends. And we had issues with our order, both of quality and accuracy on both events. If they get your order right it's awesome. Maybe one day they will decide to bring back the buffet. That way I don't have to worry about the accuracy of my order
Indian food is my go to lunch whenever possible. Decided I would take a chance at 2 Gingers. I ordered the Vegetable Korma which was very bland and had hardly any veggies in it. I would say mostly came with chickpeas and peas. Very unsatisfactory seeing that I paid $15 for one order at lunch time. Most other places it's $10 or $11. Garlic Naan was satisfying. So, one star for the price and quality.
First -timers at 2Gingers, but have been to all the other local Indian Restaurants and they are definitely the best! We arrived just after opening and the place was immaculate, even the restrooms. The entire is very nice. We were treated well by the entire wait staff and owner/manager. While we were ordering, we thought the prices were a little high, but on receiving our food, we realized we were really getting a bargain as their serving size is at least 50% more than all the other Indian restaurants. And it was all delicious: Samosas, Naan, Butter Chicken, Saag with Chick Peas and Malai Kofta. We ate and ate and took more than half home figuring we have two more meals. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we will be back.
Nice Indian food blended with balanced spices
Likely the best Butter Chicken we've ever had (and that is saying alot....we've had Indian food in many corners of the world!) Staff was very friendly, portions were ample (leftovers warmed up for dinner a day later), flavors and textures were spot on. Appreciated that the menu was clearly marked with gluten-free items and there were plenty to choose from. Tried the vegetable pakora as a starter...terrific crunch, tasty dipping sauces, all gluten-free. We will definitely plan our travels to allow a stopover for lunch at 2 Gingers!!!
Have a craving for authentic Indian cuisine? Two Gingers fires on all cylinders! We were warmly greeted by the staff as we walked in and were promptly brought to the table. Going over the extensive menu, we decided to go family style and order a ton of dishes…. Be careful doing this! The portions are huge and the flavors are dynamite! I don’t have a single negative remark about this place 10/10! A must try!
Stopped here for a lunch on way back to Charlotte. Food is delicious..will definitely be back :)
Drove all the way from Atlanta to 2 gingers. They did not disappoint with my order. The food was amazing, especially Koyla goat, rava masala dosa and chicken 65. They were the best. I will recommend this establishment. They are welcoming and service is fantastic.
I love this place and ordered few dishes to go but probably they forget to pack Mirchi ka Salan in my order
