Staff notified us as soon as we walked in not to sit at a table until it had been sanitized. There was one person at the bar and one other table of 3....after a few minutes we found the one table that was cleared off and "sanitized". I know what it's like to work in a busy understaffed restaurant, however I saw 3 employees(later noticing a 4th in the dish pit) and a total of 4 other customers(they had already been served food, so not new arrivals)so not exactly sure what to attribute the situation to. That being said, the food was perfect and the staff was polite with clean and neat uniforms. I feel lack of leadership may be the contributing factor to the state of the place when we arrived.

My server was Momma Donna and she is the best part of the clemson Waffle House at Clemson she’s so nice and kind. She’s so attentive to our orders and has great conversations that bring laughter to everyone around. The food is always better when she’s there no matter how bizarre the order may be. She’s really the reason a lot of people come to Waffle House, and serves as more than a waitress but more like a mother where a lot of us need it.No matter how bad your day is Momma Donna always makes it better.
Disgusting!Vapes in the open, putting juice in vapes in the open, cussing while little kids are there ( the manager too), stuff floating in the water and food is way overcooked ( food made me feel sick)
Fast service, waitress was quick to refill and checking in on us. Food was a little cold. Inside could use a little extra cleaning.
My waitress, Anna, was the most attentive and accommodating person I have ever seen in my life. She was amazing!
Valentine’s dinner was great! Fabric table cloths, candles and everyone dressed nicely for the occasion! It’s a tradition for us. It’s great every year!
If I could choose any place to eat my last meal it would be this Waffle House. Absolutely love Mr.Hank and the hospitality he provides. Great environment to be in
The Clemson Waffle House is by far without question the best Waffle House in the south. Donna is an amazing server, always kind and willing to listen with respect you just don't see anymore. Not only does the Clemson Waffle House have the best employees but it's also the cleanest facility I've seen in both GA and SC. Amazing food for both during the day or late at night, 11/10
Foods great and all. The only problem was that the atmosphere from some workers were inappropriate and not cool since we could hear them.
