Ms.kceia is the BEST worker they have at this taco bell. She is the ONLY one that ever gets pure orders right. This sweetheart goes ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. To be real, she is the ONLY REASON WE COME TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION. She is SO sweet and kind hearted and I am SO GLAD WE MET HER. GIRL, YOU ARE THE BEST HANDS DOWN. ?????????
Everytime I come here they never give enough sauce even with me asking and PAYING for extra sauce. I ordered chipotle burritos and they didn’t put the extra sauce I asked for and then didn’t put chicken in it like it was supposed to have. But managed to give me literally 27 hot and mild sauces I DID NOT ASK FOR. When I asked for my extra chipotle sauce on my burrito they gave me a tiny cup of sauce and I have 2 burritos. They told me no to a second cup even though I paid for it. I always have a problem with this Taco Bell and rude service. I don’t recommend coming here.
I feel like I need to stop ordering from this taco bell and or Uber eats everytime I am always missing something or get something I didn't ask for. Like today asked for a Baja blast got a diet coke and didn't get mild sauce. Does anyone understand the meaning of reading a recipient anymore now a days. Like I understand missing the mild sauce because the driver can't get into the bag but they should also learn to read and correct the merchant that what the person ordered and make sure it is right before leaving the place ? it's so frustrating..
Food was okay but the tortillas were crunchy this time instead of soft like most others
Absolutely terrible quality food. Bought a taco, chicken quesorito, and a bean burrito. I was only able to take 2 bites out of each item before I felt like I was about to vomit. They cannot blame being busy as an excuse because I was 1 of 2 cars in the entire parking lot. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND OVERPRICED. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
No wonder the business is dying. If your employees can mess up something as EASY as a simple taco order, it's just gonna keep declining. Seriously, I'm impressed how you managed to do that. And then refuse to correct it over them not handing us a receipt. Unbelievable, waste of money.
Taco bell, a true life saver. When all else fails, Live Mas. Try the cravings pack, enough food for 2 days. Baja Blast be bussin too. LIVE BY THE BELL, DIE BY THE BELL. 5/5 stars
Never open. Orders always wrong. Different people every week. Zero consistency. Regional manager should be ashamed.
I highly suggest not ordering anything on the app and picking it up here because the staff pays no attention to any customizations that you add. I made an order for my family and i have a child who won’t eat anything on her tacos but meat and when we got there to pick it up they didn’t know what drinks we got and when we were looking through our food we were missing things and we were supposed to have 6 tacos with only meat on them and they made them regular and when I told them that i customized them they said that no I didn’t and I said do you want to see my order I have it on my phone and she said it doesn’t matter because they didn’t see it and they wouldn’t fix their mistake and they were being extremely rude so we left.
Slow, slow, slow, slow! Also, their equipment is often non-functioning. The last 4 times I have visited this location I have been unable to order their frozen drinks because their "machine is down." This creates disappointed kids and annoyed parents. This particular visit, their soft drink system was also broken, so they only had water and tea to offer for drinks. Iced tea with tacos - yeah, that was what we were looking forward to. Was in line for 30 minutes - never got closer than the 4th car in line from the window. And it wasn't because they had these ridiculous long lines. It was because it was taking nearly 10 minutes at the window for each car that pulled up. I pulled out after over half and hour waiting (740p-820p) empty handed, still with three cars ahead of us. Thanks for NOTHING guys. A complete waste of time I will never get back.
