We come pretty frequently and the morning baristas remember our orders. They are always cheery and pleasant. This is my go to Starbucks in the area.

I am a regular there, they are so great! All of their staff is amazing.
I’m lactose intolerant and asked them to put coconut milk in my coffee. Of course, I didn’t hover over them and watch while they made it because I trusted them to put the right ingredients, but I know what I feel like when I consume dairy. I get it, mistakes happen but the employees need to be more careful when they’re making drinks. Also, when I called up there about it, I wasn’t offered to be refunded for it so, now I’m out $5 and my stomach’s turning. Next time, I will gladly be weirdo watching over the counter while they make it :)
Someone needs to learn how to make the right drink you order. I definitely didn't get a cloud drink I tried to tell the lady that it was wrong she insisted it had whip on top I have never gotten a cloud drink with wip on top or taste like chocolate milk very disappointing
Everytime we go its always something. This week I was charged for a venti and they tried to give me a tall. Last week they charged for an extra shot and decided to not put it in. I go to Starbucks at least 5 times per week but I'm done with this one they are always rude and look at you like you're an idiot. I'll stick with easley starbucks!
I was testing a hack out that I saw on YouTube where you buy 2 cups one with a drink with no ice the other just ice and the charged me extra but still save money

It's a nice Starbucks, but the location is weird, hard to park, hard to enter and exit, hard to line up in drive thru without blocking everyone. If you're in the area walking, stop by. But if you're driving, expect it to take a while to get in and out.
