Strawberry lemonade was a refreshing choice on a hot day. Also, my dog liked his first puppoccino.

This Starbucks is not good as far as customer service. No smiles except to each employee they give to each other. They drive thru wait line is ridiculous. I also had an issue when trying to back out of my handicap parking spot due to drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the only way to get out of parking space is back where I'm blocked by the drive thru line I tried to back out but a young lady blew her horn and gave me a middle finger thinking I was gonna hit her

Absolutely terrible service..The store had 7 employees took 20mins to get order. Employees making drinks was absolutely rude. We were here out of town and we will never go back to this starbucks again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service on 2/19/22. Someone needs to teach the drive thru guy (man bun with black painted finger nails and earrings) about not being such an unfriendly "jerk" to customers (and I am being polite with that term). The worst experience of any Starbucks I have ever experienced. As someone who frequents Starbucks (mostly in Atlanta) almost daily, when I mentioned a service concern at the drive -thru window to this employee, his response was beyond apathetic. His response was "oh well". My wife and I were speechless as his attitude was one of "too bad". And he basically said that multiple times. Really!!!. When i called him out on it, his response was "OK"!!! Then he just turned around. Never have I seen anything like it.I hope the manager of this Starbucks pays attention to this and either trains/retrains this employee on common decency and courtesy to customers and being a friendly person in general or finding someone else to be in a customer-facing role at the drive-thru. I hope that Starbucks as a company will address this as well (I will let them know of course) as it is a reflection on the company.

The individual who was working the drive-through on Tuesday (2/8/22) is rude. When I got up to the window, I asked them if I could scan my Starbucks app to receive the points for my order. They told me that I should have shown them my Starbucks app before handing them my credit card to pay. They then told me that my credit card was declined. Therefore, I gave them my debit card instead. When I checked my bank statements, however, I realized that I had been charged $8.94 on both my credit card and my debit card. When I went back to the store today (2/11/22) to ask for a refund for one of the duplicate charges, the individual working the register handed me a gift card for only $5.00 even after confirming with me that the total was $8.94. Attached is a screenshot of the receipt that I brought with me. Do better, Starbucks.

Clemson Starbucks needs to relocate! Whoever engineered the parking lot did not factor in the drive-thru and it's difficult to get in or out of parking lot! The hours of operation changes constantly. On 1/13/22, this location was closed at 2pm ? I'll go to Easley or Powdersville location because of the issues listed above.
