Limp vienna sausage served with bland flavorless chili on a Twinkie.Someone told them they are the best. That person never had a dog at Southern BBQ, the Varsity, Brandi's, Boots, Holm's, Nathan's - or even DQ and Cook out. I ordered 3. The chili was visually recognizable as chili and there it ended. No flavor at all. It smelled a bit like potted meat, but wasn't as good. The wiener was soft and flavorless as well. Good southern style dogs don't have to be all beef snappy wieners like Hebrew Ntl, Nathans or Boars head, but it should have better texture and flavor than a vienna sausage. But is was the bun that totally ruined it. It was SWEET. Strong, cake like sweet. Sweeter than Hawaiian bread. A bite of this dog was like eating a Twinkie stuffed with potted meat. Oh, the slaw is sold on the side, not the dog, in a tiny 2 ounce condiment cup for, wait for it, $1.00. How can a southern style hotdog place not offer slaw already on the dog for an extra 10 to 25 cents?This was my second trip to a Skin's location and neither were modestly impressive. The first was only so bad I thought maybe it was the location or an off night and that I should give another location a try. Next time I'm in that area craving a hotdog I'll stop at the QT.
Best hotdogs around! Doesn't take forever to get waited on and get your dogs! Still can't eat inside, but other than that a great place for hotdogs!
Had chili dog and they were good
Not the skin on hotdog n chili from Wisconsin but it was pretty good not chili we are used to puttin on our dogs
By far the worst hotdogs I’ve ever eaten. Bought 6 dogs and threw away 5 3/4 of them. I do not understand why this place has the rating it does.
Hotdogs had a funny aftertaste. Not sure what's going on with them

We ordered two family packs. As usual everything was delicious.
Freshly prepared with lots of condiment choices. Soft buns make them easy to handle hand-to-mouth. My favorite is All the Way, my wife’s is just With Chili. I usually eat 4 very easily with a soft drink, chips, and sometimes finish off with a Moon Pie. Wife eats two. Outside seating as of now, don’t know if you can sit inside yet. Very popular place, nice service…but all at the inside counter. Nice break from other fast food places…but the BEST hot dogs around!
