Don't waste your time, and especially don't waste your money. Within the last month or so this place has gone down dramatically. The most recent manager berates both customers and wait-staff - I was embarrassed for those workers who were only trying to help. This new manager (on duty 06/19/2022) needs to be released and replaced with someone with manners, a sense of leadership, intellect, and someone of character. Don't waste your time with this place.

I ordered the chicken tenders meal. My wife ordered the chicken asiago. Her chicken was very good. Had a good taste. My chicken tenders we're not so tender. Obviously they are some Frozen hard chunk chicken. These did not even come close to the picture on the menu. as you'll see in the pictures. Sent them back and ordered some baby back ribs. The ribs were over cooked. Our waitress has not been too friendly. Plus we were the only people in the restaurant. So it wasn't like they were busy and just overcooked the stuff.

Even though short staffed, our food was served in a very reasonable time and was. Very good!! This location has Superman AKA Michael who is the manager who fly’s table to table trying to ensure you are satisfied!

Restaurant was clean. Service was polite and the food was good. Excellent salad bar.

Our experience at Ruby Tuesday's of Clemson was awesome! I tried the new chicken parmesan pasta, which they could make it grilled when most places can't accommodate that request, and the chicken was so tender it took no effort to cut whatsoever. The parmesan cream sauce is always good to dip your tater tots in but was also good on their mashed potatoes. It is complementary. My husband has the triple play and his was very yummy as well. The staff are so friendly as well, all the way from the managers to the waitresses to the hostess. I highly recommend this Ruby Tuesday. Remember as most restaurants nowadays, there could be a longer wait because most restaurants, possibly this one as well, is probably understaffed so the wait could be longer. Remember this before you go. It is not the staff's fault that there are not enough people who want to work. They all do their best.

I heard the guy behind the bar apologizing to just about everyone on the phone and paying for pick up orders. We waited for a long time before we were recognized at the door and were seated along with eight or more parties. The salad bar was great and our server really tried to take care of us and everyone else. It was just very short staffed and super busy. I request people be patient as I felt they were working like ants and doing what they could to take care of so many tables with hardly any people working. It was a packed restaurant and I only saw like three servers on the floor who were pretty much running table to table. The food finally came out and it was fresh and steaming hot. It was tasty and we were happy with our meals!

2nd time visiting Clemson’s Ruby Tuesday. And last. Had to wait 20 for salad bar restock. Lettuce and veggies wilted. Sampler plate with burned chicken tenders.I’m sorry.Oh, and we were basically the only ones there.

Drove an hour to get the famous dip and bought 3 but 2 only had shrimp the third was purely cheese … WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED NOR greeted when came in. Had to get our own menus. Then walk over to the bar and still barely got acknowledged …. But the people that came in after us which were “Caucasian” were greeted and acknowledged … so sad ! Then she never came back with our change we waited for 5 min never came back. It’s crazy to have been treated this bad I understand the shortage due to covid and all but if African American people aren’t allowed we now know that. We won’t return and I do not recommend this location.

Food was okay. My ribs were over cooked. Some of the vegetables on the salad ? bar were icey . I guess they were frozen before they were brought out. Not too bad overall but definitely could have been better. The servers were polite though and that's always appreciated.

Just left Ruby Tuesdays in Clemson. The food was awesome. The grilled zucchini was cooked just right and my grandson had ribs that fell off the bone. Michael and Tyler were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back k
