Moe’s in downtown Clemson is a major waste of time and money. First time going ordered about 8 tacos and each had nearly nothing in it. So glad my girlfriend and I sat down to look at the food before leaving. When presenting the tacos to the guy who made it he said it must’ve been someone else’s order. For reference, one had a single piece of chicken on it, another had a pickled jalapeño, and one had nothing but beans on it. I cannot truthfully make this up. It was late and we were the only customers inside the restaurant at the time…Now here for my second visit and ordered online only to wait an hour after the scheduled pick up time to get food, and this only after asking where the 2 burritos I and my girlfriend ordered were. Staff went through nearly three huge lines of people (reaching past the main door) before we received our food. Got it and got completely ripped off. Missing items and barely any chicken or rice for each burrito. Ridiculous. It does not take an hour to make two burritos. If you order online be prepared to wait way longer than the predicted pick up time. Also the quality is much lower when you order online. If I could leave zero stars I would.

It was my 2nd time ever having Moe's & I can't believe I haven't ate there more.The food was absolutely amazing I had the Stack & the Mild Chunky Salsa was on point..Definitely recommend Moe's for sure..I know im.going to be going as often as I can???
It is 7pm, we wait in line for 45 minutes and they say they aren’t taking orders for another hour. In the middle of dinner. The girl in front of me is about to pass out. People are crying. The workers are making themselves meals. Going to chipotle:
Love Moe's nachos with beans and cheese. Side note if you want tofu ask for a fresh batch at register before getting in line. It takes 7 minutes to make. That time also racks up when ordering Doordash.
Just tried to order food but the guy working behind the counter didn't seem too interested in putting his gloves on or asking what we wanted so we left after a few minutes of waiting for nothing to happen. I guess somebody was either having a bad day or just didn't feel like making burritos.
Line is fast, employees always hustling in a small kitchen. Love the food, you can tell visually that it's fresh and I want to steal whatever spice they use in the rice. Don't care that the lobby looks old, students tear shyte up, I'm there for the adobo chicken.
Absolutely terrible experience, lady at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. Complaining about just getting off break and not worrying about people’s orders. Not a place I’ll ever spend money at again!
I went into Moe’s today because I had a buy one, get one free promotion on the app. It showed a picture a a burrito, stack, and burrito bowl. So I ordered two stacks and got to the register to only be informed that the coupon did not work for stacks. The only thing the coupon itself said it didn’t work for was kid’s meals. I wasn’t very happy when I found out that they weren’t going to let me use the coupon. I called another Moe’s close by and they said it worked on any item on the menu besides kid’s meals.
First and foremost Britany is AMAZING!!!!!!! I ordered a catered lunch super last minute and Britany made it happen. She had the best customer service, my food was completely ready, and FRESH and she was super helpful with loading it up in the car. Britany went above and beyond to have my order ready. I told so many people about this amazing service. Even when I called two days before, she made sure that she would have everything ready, aside from having to attend her father's funeral the following day. She was just so positive and it was truly an amazing feeling.
