Arrived at 12:13 and it is now 12:36. Multiple people were placed around us. And we haven’t even been acknowledged yet by the server section we are currently seated in. She avoids eye contact. Haven’t taken our drink order. And I feel as if she is being prejudice and judgmental. We are a African American family. And as soon as a Caucasian family was seated she immediately acknowledged them took their drink order and order. But yet we are still sitting here. Even just now asked for a manager because this is ridiculous. Really feeling offended. Because I am a pleasant guest to have in any establishment I visit. I tip very well. It’s just discerning because it took literally until 12:41 for us to even get our drink order. After arriving and being seated at 12:13. I wouldn’t even be upset if we would of simply been acknowledged. Manager never came and just sent a waitress our way. Which is unprofessional in my opinion. No apology from management or anything. And the waitress he sent was clearly busy with a party of 13. And while the hostess and other servers who wasn’t as busy as the waitress he finally sent it’s crazy how they didn’t even think to help out by simply acknowledging and taking our drink order while we waited. I never complain even when I probably should. But this experience has left me uneasy and wanting to cry out of anger. Decided to stay and eat being that me and my fiancé both have to be to work shortly. It wouldn’t make since for us to waste the time we no longer have to drive else where to eat lunch. Depending on how the food is will determine if we decide to give this establishment another try. Will update.
Good pizza with a variety of toppings that you normally don't see as an option at most pizza restaurants. We had the deluxe pizza and it was good. We ordered thin crust and they accidentally made us a normal crust pizza but they were quick to make a thin crust and gave us the other pizza to take home. Really the crusts of both pizzas were about the same thickness besides the outer part of the pizza. The pretzel bites were really good and I would recommend those as a starter.
The wait staff was exemplary and the food was amazing. All that plus it had the best vibes! I will definitely be back for that Mushroom Pizza!!!
The service was really rude. The waitresses are harsh and would not help us when we asked for a bigger table even though they miscounted our group. We had been waiting for a long time and they could have easily just made a bit more room. Horrible!

Waited months for my work schedule to allow my wife and I to get to go to mellow mushroom, arrived and was told it was going to be a 25 minute wait, but plenty of outside seating, was told that was only for Togo orders can’t say if the food was good or not because we had a schedule to keep and couldn’t wait
We had dinner at Mellow Mushroom last night (Saturday 2/26). The host was phenomenal. We told him our seating preference (tall tables near bar) and he kept an eye on it and worked us in efficiently. He was so pleasant and friendly. He seemed totally dedicated to ensuring the evening suited our desires. Nice, funny, great sense of humor. Example of perfect customer service. And the pizza was fantastic.
Love this place. The Cloud 9 wings are amazing, and their salads are very good and reasonably priced and huge! The pizza is great as well! You really can't go wrong with anything you get fun this place! And the service from all the staff is fantastic! Everyone is genuinely friendly!
Might be the best pizza crust ever. Service was also very good. If I'm ever back in Clemson I will be back to Mellow Mushroom.
