I've never had cold nuggets or fries from this location. I think they may still be short staffed there is usually a little wait but again, I've never gotten cold food from here so I'm fine with the wait. I do miss the old building. It's very modern now and doesn't have a bit of that classic micky d's flare left. I wish they still had a play area, but I guess those days are gone with the 90s and 2000s
Always Fast friendly service! On 4/4/22 their grill was down. Only options given to customers were nuggets and fries. Wasnt my best experience with McDonald's but better days ahead!
Even after the renovation, service is insanely slow. "Fast food" with the heart attack but not the "fast."They also don't bring your order to the table like they're supposed to. What's the point of the table tents?
Tea is good most of the time (if you want real sweet tea that is). However they recently started charging .40cents more for a sweet tea while also making the size of the cup smaller. Food is also hit or miss. Had a burger yesterday that was clearly left under the heat lamp for a long time and was awful. This afternoon I went and ordered the same thing and it was fantastic.
It's McDonald's. It is what it is. They got my ONLINE order wrong. As per usual. They overcharged me on an ONLINE order. As per sometimes happens. (Ordered the B1G1 QP w/ cheese...Got charged for both. Of course I did.) They do have a nice new restaurant. Employees are friendly enough. But, like I said, it is what it is. It's McDonald's.
There were black chorales all over the sandwich that I ordered, its too obvious to ignore and feels intentional. The food was essentially inedible and when I brought them back to the store manager, she just tossed the food into the trash can unapologeticly and didnt give me any explanation.
Always have an issue with my order. Never seems to get my order right. Doesn’t matter if I go to the restaurant or order on DoorDash it’s always. Every single time I am missing items from my order or the entire order is wrong. Like is it too much to ask to everything I pay for or have my order be correct? Because obviously the staff at this Mcdonald’s can’t read an order ticket to tell if they just packed the wrong order or it’s missing items. This is RIDICULOUS McDonald’s.
So they misheard my order and put down two mcchickens instead of two mcdoubles. When I told the girl at the drive-thru that she was basically just like I really don't think there's anything we can do about that. Didn't attempt to help, Didn't ask for a manager just kept staring at her register expecting some magical advice I suppose. It was not only terrible, but really bizarre. I've never been given the wrong thing at a restaurant and told "I don't think there's anything we can do about that".
It's the golden arches what can I say they serve decent food at an affordable price I'm a thrifty guy I eat off the value menu not because I can't afford more. My mom just raised me to be frugal. And McDonald's is the value menu gurus I can for real get two burgers two small fries and a large sweet tea, for 7 and some change. And the tea at McDonald's is really good if u like it southern sweet then u gone love thier tea. I could find lots a bit picky stuff to complain about but it's McDonald's if u want intelligent service in a big clean environment go someplace else lol. I'm joking well not completely.
