This location is okay. The staff was very pleasant!! The sandwich wasn’t as good as other locations I have gone to. You have to park in the parking garage location just around the corner. I think it’s about $1-$2 to park for the time you’ll be ordering your sandwich. We went during the day around lunch time and it wasn’t very busy. It is located on a college campus so I was expecting it to be busier.
IF I CAN GIVE THEM A 0 STAR RATING I WILLDO NOT & I repeat DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE AND GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION I JUST ORDER WITH JIMMY JOHNS THURSDAY NIGHT NOV. 11 2021 GAVE THEM MY CARD INFORMATION AND MYSTERIOUSLY MONEY STARTED BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACC. WHEN I CALLED MY BANK THEY TOLD ME IT WASN'T TRANSFER FUNDS OR WIRE FUNDS THAT whoever did it had my card info and Jimmy Johns was the only place I called that week and made a transaction over the phone with my card info. mysterious money was not being taken off before I even placed the order with Jimmy Johns and I'm not careless with my bank information and handing it to whoever and whatever HOWVER this is NOT THE 1ST TIME I called and One of their employees pulled more money off my card MORE THAN what they was supposed to THEY GAVE THEMSLEVES THEIR OWN TIP & when I spoke to Dillan the store manager he assured me this will never happen again BUT I THINK THEY GOT ME AGAIN...WHICH EMPLOYEE IDK BUT IT DEFINITELY WAS ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES They Have SOME FOUL WORKERS THERE !!!!
This was the best sub sandwich I've had...
I called in and ordered my food close to an hour before I arrived. I told them what time I would arrive so that it would be ready. I had to wait because my food was NOT ready. To add insult to injury they also got my order wrong. Get it together.

This is the best JJs I’ve had! From the time I ordered, to the time it was at my door, total of eleven minutes. Couldn’t have it that fast if I dined in at the store! Sandwich was perfect with an extremely generous amount of toppings! You have my business!
