Never again! Walked in this morning with my kids to get breakfast around 9:30am. Several employees behind the counter. Stood at the counter for a few minutes but no one employee said a word to me! They all looked at me but didn't offer to help me or take my order. Finally walked over to the kiosk to put in my own order and noticed that they did not have all of the items listed. Walked back over to the counter where a female employee was standing. She never made eye contact and just stood in front of the register drinking her iced coffee. At this point I decided to leave. As I walked out the door I tried to look at the cashier and at this point she made eye contact and laughed as she saw me walking out the door. I called the store from my car and asked to speak to a manager and the same cashier answer the phone and put me on hold for about five minutes and then decided to pick up the phone and hang it up so I was never able to get through to a manager. I then called corporate and have also sent an email to corporate not that it's going to do any good but I will never step foot into that Dunkin' Donuts again.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but not this one. The lobby is never open and the lines are so long at the drive thru. If the lobby is closed the drive thru line shouldn't take me 30 min when there's only 3 cars ahead of me. Hardly ever have the donuts I want and staff is rude and extremely slow paced. Maybe if you paid the staff more you could hire more decent help.

I’m almost 21 and this is genuinely the first time I’ve ever left a review about an establishment in my entire life. This location is very consist with drinks and pastries, which I appreciate, but the food/sandwiches are absolutely disgusting… a paraplegic monkey could make a tastier sandwich than whoever is “cooking” in that kitchen. I wish I took a picture of the sandwich I received today, but I honestly couldn’t throw it away fast enough! The Sweet Black Pepper Bacon sandwich I ordered did not have the right bacon, which would have been fine if the sandwich was actually good, edible, and I didn’t wait 20 minutes for it. I wouldn’t be surprised if this Dunkin’ was commissioning its produce from the local student dining hall… but even that is an insult to campus food. Not to be insensitive, but it’s days like this where I wish I knew how to make myself puke because that one bite of food stills haunts my digestive system hours later. I know for a fact that Starbucks’ food is frozen and pre made, but it’s delicious… soooo, make it make sense? My advice, learn how to toast a piece of bread, get better management, or just stop serving food altogether.. that would honestly make more of a positive societal impact than all the money this Dunkin’ spent on its remodel has. I fear for the employees who have to eat this food on their breaks everyday, you guys are in my prayers!

Everytime i’m there and maliciah is working he has the worst attitude and ruins my day. why is just smiling and being generally nice so hard. it’s every time.

Every time I go in to order the same kid fixing sandwiches does not have gloves on.! I have seen him wipe his nose with the back of his hand, run his hand through his hair, play air guitar on his belly all with NO gloves! Then grab food with his hands. Doesn’t even use tongs. Isn’t that a health issue? I mention it to who ever is in charge and all they say is he is supposed to have gloves on. It doesn’t make him. Where is the management here? I refuse to take anything this kid fixes and demand a new sandwich with some one else fixing it. After all this do you think he actually washes his hands when he uses the restroom? I’m done with this Dunkin’! Other wise the service is great.

I used to manage a dunkin so maybe I have different expectations, the food has always been done right but the coffee is just not good. Every brew we've gotten has been either past its hold time or the equipment is not being cleaned thoroughly. Some of the early morning staff seem to be more baked than the pastries and to each their own but come on man, tighten up!

Long lines in drive thru - took almost 20 mins. Not and easy in and out off busy highway. If you are in a hurry don’t stop here. Food and drink was decent though.

Never really like to post bad reviews swing in the food industry myself however I waited 28 minutes for two wraps & when I politely asked how love the response I got was “when I’m done with it” might as well hit the Starbucks next door.

I pulled through there, sat in line for almost 30 minutes for them to mess up my my order ! Not only did I wait that long I didn’t even get what I wanted ! I have also noticed right here lately every time I order my drink taste different ! I will never visit this location again !

Fast and friendly service!
