The crew working made our online order then I had to add more to our order AFTER the baking started. The Dominos crew were friendly, accommodating, and super fast!! I was In and out within 10 mins even with the extra pizza added!! We will order from here again!! Thanks for everything, Team Dominos! ?
The order said it would take 30 minutes to arrive. It took an hour and 10 minutes instead. The food was cold and inedible. I tried to call and get a refund but they immediately hung up before I could talk to someone.
Horrible. I had guests over yesterday who places two separate orders and delivered here. I made an order today and I was told they don’t deliver here at all. I’m completely livid.
Decent but not great. Sad because the people are always friendly. Service is just really slow, typically. Every now and then I’ve had a good experience, but 9/10 it’s been decent or lower-than-decent.
Slowest pizza place ever. I would give zero stars if I could. Pizza is always cold when I receive. Have to wait 2-3 hours for a pizza to be delivered. Other Domino’s locations take only 45 minutes-1 hour to deliver. This store fails at customer service and timeliness. Whenever I order delivery I end up having to wait so long that the driver loses their tip because it’s so ridiculous for how long I have to wait. It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason. Also they always forget the sauces. It’s ridiculous. Like the employees in this location need to be re-trained. Worst Domino’s I have ever been to. UPDATE: Ordered again to give last chance on 1/2 and my order incorrectly made. The driver, Quincy, was rude towards me even used dropped the f-bomb twice while talking to me. It’s appalling that management lets their employees get away with swearing at customers. Their competition has way better customer service than this. I will be taking my business from now on because the problem has yet to be fixed at this establishment.
Worst Pozza place in Clemson. Employees are rude and they often close early when they feel like it. It’s sad. Poor management.
