Service is usually fast and friendly....even when there is long. I realize most folks are familiar woth the menu and know what they want but it would be nice to see a menu while in the drive thru line.
The paper bag was overloaded and when I went to pick it up when I got home, the paper bag ripped all down one size, dumping contents on the ground. As the bag tore the bottom of the weighted bag swung and hit the shake setting in the seat of my vehicle, causing the shake to topple over and exploded all over my pants as it hit the ground. Going to bed hungry as no supper tonight. That was after waiting on the slowest order taker that I have seen at Chick-fil A. At least 12 cars went thru the other lane before I was able to get in line.

I ordered a breakfast order for pick up at 10 this morning was not given the option to pick up at the door, waited over forty minutes in line to be told I would not receive my order for pick up because I “was not in the lot”. This is absolutely ridiculous to punish people who wait in line because they are told they cannot walk up at your location that they cannot receive their food because your line didn’t move fast enough. Im incredibly disappointed as not only someone who frequents the location but as a GM I could not imagine treating my customers the way we were treated this morning.
Ordered food 50 minutes ago from the chick fil a app, and still have yet to receive my food, I live less than a mile away.
Very disappointed with today’s experience. Submitted a mobile order at 11:10am for delivery. Delivery times were changed twice and after 1 1/2 hours, the order hadn’t moved from “received” status. 2 hours to the minute, my order was ready and I picked it up.
Always fast, friendly service. Love the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken noodle soup!
