I go to bojangles central each Wednesday and order the same thing. 12 pieces of chicken with 6 biscuits and 12 supreme chicken strips with 4 biscuits. This evening was the most exasperating experience I’ve ever had at a fast food drive through. No matter how many times I repeated the order they could not ring it up correctly. Even when I repeated it face to face at the drive through window they couldn’t get the order correct. Finally a manager came from the back and took my order. She asked me to drive around to wait at the front. I drove around and waited fifteen minutes. I finally went inside to ask for my food or my money back. Three different women asked some person in the back if they had filled my order. The woman in the back asked if it was for….. and then said a derogatory comment not knowing I was standing there in front of the register. They finally gave me my order but kept my receipt so I wouldn’t be able to do the survey. So that’s why I came to the website. They shorted me 4 biscuits on top of the delay and the insult. If any potential customer is reading this I recommend driving a little further to Zaxby’s or Chick fil A.
Steak biscuits 2 for $5!!! Breakfast offered all day! Cant beat that!!
Whenever I come here, the staff are friendly and there is hardly any wait as it is not crowded like other area restaurants.

Ordered a 4 piece supreme combo and was only given 3 tenders, which were homestyle. Also, fries had absolutely zero seasoning on them.

First time coming to this Bojangles and I will never return. The sweet tea tasted awful and my Cajun chicken was dry and hard, biscuit was almost in pieces! Called to get it replaced which they said was fine. I go into the restaurant and get my food replaced... I told him I don't know if thats how the Cajun chicken is suppose to taste or not as this is the first time I've ordered it but to just give me a sausage and cheese instead.. I asked him to throw in some bo rounds because the Cajun biscuit is more expensive than the sausage and cheese.. he acted like he didn't want to, but he did with an attitude. I get back to my car and see that the bo rounds are hard as a rock and my sausage and cheese biscuit is burnt.
I waited 20 minutes to get my food, I get to work and tried to her my sandwich our of the bag and this is how it was wrapped.., by a manager! Done
