Backstreets is my favorite bar in Clemson. The atmosphere is great and the staff are almost always nice! Spencer is a great bartender and so friendly. One time a guy on staff got real stressed and yelled at my table to move, but that’s the exception and not the rule there. Their bouncers are always polite. Great beer selection, especially downstairs and the pitchers are a must if you haven’t had one before!
Horrible experience as a business owner and family man I was assaulted verbally by the whole bar faculty over one guy insulting us after having a 5-some in the bathroom and they protected the guy that was overly drunk and threatening me and my friends for just smoking, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever unless you’re looking for a group assault.

It is SO hard to come by a place that serves great wings AND fries, but THIS PLACE ACCOMPLISHES IT WITH FLYING COLORS!!!! The staff actually practices social distancing and wearing masks. Not to mention they have ample space and amazing drink deals. The staff is so nice and willing to help youCompletely different vibe than infested Study Hall (do not go there). If you're going to a bar, come to Backstreets
