Went through the drive thur ordered a medium roast beef sandwich meal got a very tiny sandwich and cold leftover French fries paid 10 dollars for this
Very rarely do you ever go wrong going to Arby's. Good service. Good food.
Ordered 2 sandwiches. Prepared food within 5 mins because there was no line. I was waiting in the dining area until someone to take my order to me. Then a drive thru order came in. The lady took one of the sandwiches from the bag and gave it to the person in the drive thru. Then she came to me and said I have to wait until the chicken ready. I had to wait another 20 mins to get the second sandwich. That lady was RASIST. This is not the first time I had an unpleasant experience with them.
It's a hit and miss here. You either get what you wanted or you get cold food not cooked, cold fries and have to go back. Over all the girls at the register were great though.
I would give zero stars if I could. We got to this location at 9:50pm and they told us they were already closed even though they were supposed to be open until 10pm. They not only lost our business tonight but we will never be back.
The owners, managers and employees should all be ashamed to serve this food. I ordered the 9 piece boneless wings and fries. $7 plus tax. The boneless wings were the size of popcorn chicken. They were also cold and dry. The fries were old and cold. Just shut the dang doors on this place already. It's been 2 years and you haven't got your act together yet.

Never go here. Never gets your order right. When you call them they make out like it what you order but charge you for something else. Rude people to be fairly new place. They will never get no more of money. Now I know why the one in Clemson closed down years ago. I thought this one would be better but I guess not.
This was my second visit to this location. They are not allowing anyone in the dining room. The drive through service is pretty terrible. This was my attempt at giving it another shot. I thought maybe the first time was just a bad day. Nope.
