We usually get the zaxby chicken finger dinner w fries, coleslaw and Texas toast. It was good and hot! Sometimes we get fried mushrooms. They are always good but best eaten right now????
My experience at this Zaxbys location was not the best. They provided the worst customer experience, long wait at drive thru window and no one answered the speaker at all. Then there’s is a young boy who wears glasses that services at the drive thru window who’s mouth is completely reckless. I will be placing a call to the general manager of this Zaxbys location.
Zaxby's always has really great sandwiches. Fries were a little stale but were still great.
I do not recommended working at this Zaxbys. All of the managers are terrible expect for Marcus. Clarence by far has to be the worst manager, he lacks professionalism and the work environment is very toxic. Everyone is constantly cursing at each other and name calling and it is definitely not the experience that I wanted to have. I do not appreciate my former manager slandering my name like I wasn’t his best worker. Everyone there is ghetto and lacks professionalism, not the experience I wanted to have as a first job. He cut my hours due to a discrepancy between us and nearly took me off the schedule. He yelled at me viciously because I made a simple mistake and forgot to clock in, my parents came and spoke with him about his behavior and it didn’t change so I quit. Shoutout to Brian, Marqausia, & Krystal for keeping me up when stuff went left. I wish them all the best but i’d never work here again.
The employees were friendly and courteous. The food was hot and very tasty. I was also watching for cleanliness because it's always very important but especially now with this pandemic still around!
I showed up at lunchtime on a Friday (a bad decision to begin with on my part). I placed my order online, waited in my car a few minutes, then went in a few minutes before my promised time. I watched as others walked in, ordered, and walked out with their order before mine was ready. The food was ready 15 minutes past the promised time. It was clear that they were busy since the drive thru line was wrapped around and the dining area was full of people waiting on their orders. Lesson learned: don't place an online order. It won't be ready by it's promised time.

Didn't ask my sauces so when I told him afterwards I could hear repeated loud sighing as though I was inconvenincing him. Then when I asked about a chicken finger sandwich he said they only had the zesty something or other. I wanted 2 seconds to look at what that is and he just kept saying, "do you want that or not?". So rude. I left and went to Chick-fil-A. I live across the street so really disappointing.

Today I decide to go back to zaxbys since yesterday I had such an amazing experience. They were busy (as always) in the drive Thru so I decided to go inside today since there weren’t many people. I’m use to waiting but today it took 30+ minutes for me to receive a salad with cold “grill” chicken and some hard toast. Also the young lady working at the front counter had the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. Y’all seriously need to look into replacing her with the young man who was working the drive through window and few of the cooks because their customer service skills were way better than hers. she seriously doesn’t need to be working fast food specially a place who prides themselves on customer service. Thanks for have me late for work without lunch because I could not eat that salad!!!
I love Zaxby's but this particular one was horrible. I waited 20 minutes after having my order taken and only 1 car had gotten their food. I eventually drove off because it was taking way too long for 5 chicken wings and fries. This was in Charleston off of Glenn McConnell parkway.
