I am not going to lie, we had completely stopped coming to this location. The service was always terrible, orders wrong, missing items, took forever. We would drive past this one to the other West Ashley location. Yesterday we didn't have time and decided to risk it. During the lunch rush, no less. Well let me just tell you they knocked it out of the park. The line was to the street when we pulled in. It moved very fast. Our service was excellent. Our order was exact and the food was fresh and delicious! So happy to say we will come back to our "home" location again! Thank you so much! ( This was 3/23/22 just before noon and we did use the drive thru.)
They were on the A game. Order was corrected. Food was hot and was more yummy than ever.
Not the nicest tone coming through the drive thru. Very repulsive. Got my sandwich, COLD!!! & fries extremely hot. No straw or extra dressing I requested. There is a lack of attention to detail that will stop me from returning… they are rude and careless. McDonald’s service for Zaxbys price.
So sick of these rude workers, who mess up your order and then give you attitude when you address it to them… How about start with an apology? I guess this is 2022 for you. We need better training and customer service, especially at these fast food places.
I was in town for medical reasons, visiting a nearby medical facility. I zipped into Zaxby's for lunch on the way home. This was the ONLY place I stopped and the ONLY place I used my card while in Charleston. The food was excellent, the service was great. However, the next day I noticed on my bank statement an $80 charge for tickets for an event in Charleston that I certainly did not purchase, made at the same time as my purchase at this Zaxby's. Be safe. Pay with Cash. Card canceled. Lesson learned.
DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I placed my order online today around 8:13 pm. I went to the store to pick my order up. There were 3 young ladies in the store and all of them were SUPER RUDE. Store manager, you are also responsible to train your employees properly. They should greet customers. They shouldn’t make fun of customers!!! Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest star I can give, otherwise, I would give this place -100 star. Horrible customer service. By the way, I was missing one of my drinks.
Zaxby's is usually one of my favorite places to eat, but on 12/28/21 I was disappointed with the level of disregard for customer service from the drive thru staff to include the manager at this location. I placed and paid for my order via the Zaxby app. After experiencing such poor customer service I requested to cancel my order and get a refund for my order and was told to do via the app by the manager. The app specifically says refunds are to be handled in the applicable store. I normally would let it go and not leave a review, but the manager neglected to give me a refund for the order that I did not receive and left it to me to handle it with my bank. Her words of "trying to make it right" did not match her actions or negative energy. A simple refund as requested would have solved this whole matter.
Food was good but I had to ask the cashier to repeat her self every time she spoke.
I love the chicken ?.. All different tastes ? Yes! However the fries ? needs improvements .. They are cold most days... Fix the fries and I will give you a extra star *
I ordered a big zax snack and the only thing that was delicious was the toast and my drink. The fries was not very appealing that the grease needed changing out and the chicken tasted very old.
