Have frequent the Zaxby's on Folly Road. Today I ordered two Zalads (Cobb and Blue) my usual. Not happy with the bare minimum greens. Per the call I made 10Apr'22/after 6p the receiver is the new General Manager. Under new management he explained the Zalads are now being weighed. Other sites I have visited (SC, GA, AL) there is a decent amount of greens. Sad sad sad Zalads at this location (James Island).
Signature sandwich was good. Tenders also good.
Food was excellent. Only problem is the zax sauce that was supposed to come with my meal wasn't in the bag. Plus the 4 extra zax sauces I ordered wasn't in the bag. And you would think I deserved a straw but I didn't get that either. Good food tho
Idk why the heck chick fil a needs to be closed on Sundays. We get it you're great Christians but listen I guarantee you Christians need to eat on Sundays too! Please bro we need y'all to be open on Sundays. Had to give this ZaxByS a second chance today because of that; 35 min wait from drive thru to my food and it was cold af. Dryest and the most tiny pieces of chicken fingers ever cooked. Zax sauce doesn't even come close to chick fil a sauce. Chick fil a if you reading this please reconsider that Sunday decision. I know Lord Almighty doesn't approve that y'all are closed Sundays. Come on man

The drive thru here is terrible. They never get orders correct. Time and time again it gets worse and it doesn’t seem to matter. I guess this is just the way it is post pandemic.
If I could give this place a -10 I would. Waited five minutes without anyone even acknowledging me and other customers in line before a manager says oh we are technically closed. At 6:30?! And then another worker is cussing up a storm, running in and out with a friend, and not doing anything remotely close to her job. Then after they tell us they are closed they completely just ignore everyone. Yet there is a huge line in the drive through. Every time I come there is always something wrong
We love Zaxbys always. We ordered Uber eats and my mom will only eat her wings with blue cheese. When we called, the very nice gentleman was so accommodating and put extra packets of blue cheese in our Togo order! Thank you!!
Gross!!! Restaurant prepares gross food. Half put together sandwiches. Limited menu. And employees personal gross clothing and belongings on counters next to customers food. Manager sloppy, shirt and gut hanging out. Everyone on their phones. Lord get it together!!!
Food was good. Service was slow and need some improvement on customer service. Each car was 20 minutes or more and we were the third car back.
