The team in there is after on was on point! Super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and our food came out quickly and was hot.The team even checked on us and our food while we ate!5/5 excited to come back because of the service we received.

They don’t answer the phone, even though it’s the most convenient way to order your food because in store wait is ridiculous. Don’t let there be a staffing issue, then they just close for the evening…The food unhealthy anyway, try home team or Rodney Scott, mellow mushroom has good wings too

Although short staff the wait was worth it. The atmosphere was clean and peaceful. Great job management and staff. Food fresh, hot, and fabulous. Everyone worked together to prepare the food and handle all customers. Thanks to Winstop #1367. Dwayne thank you for taking my order and making the day brighter. ????????????????????

If you work for Doordash, Uber eats, etc.. avoid this place at all costs. Forget that they often take a while to prepare orders (places get busy, I get it) they will treat you like dirt. And I mean consistently. Never received so much unprompted contempt in my life.

So I ordered online for three people...ALL three orders were unsatisfactory!!!! The thighs were greasy and cold. The second order of all flats was mixed and the third order was mixed and neither of the requested flavors. To top it off there was no ice...So I call repeatedly....no answe.I get there and General Manager Dwayne is laughing and talking on a personal phone. I explained the issue to Joyce who stated that Dewayne made the order. I asked what was he going to compensate me with Being that I was inconveniently having to Drive all the way backup there after waiting for the original wings and coming back to wor Dwaynenever approached me to apologize he never offered any type of compensation he never offered any explanation as to why my order was incorrect and apologize for the inconvenience.Im am extremely disappointed and mad as hell at the level of this managers disregard for my time and patience.

Terrible. Drove 20 mins cause I couldn’t order online…walk in and was promptly notified that they could take walk in order at 11pm and that I had to order before 9pm… the location closes at 12am. Maybe I missing something here. Change your hours if you are not willing serve past 9pm. Customer lost tonight, will also be reaching out to corporate for the simple fact that I have the time since the manager should not be managing anything concerning a franchise location.

I placed an order on the wingstop website and was charged for the order. My order was never delivered and after 2 hours I was sent a text that the order was canceled. I was charged for the order and never received a refund. I tried calling the store 3 times over a week and no one answered. I tried emailing and received no reply. I called the store a week later and spoke to a manager who said he would talk to the owner to issue a refund because he couldn't do it. I still have not received a refund and its been weeks. I reached out to corporate who said they would issue me the refund and have not received a refund. I would not think it would be hard to get a refund for food I never received. Not only have you stolen money from me but you have also wasted my time.

Sign on the door said online orders only. App said 18-23 minutes. Huge line just to ask about my order. Asked woman working the register and she said nothing, turned around and went into the kitchen to work on other people's orders. 1 hr later, still not ready. Ordered food online and was charged accordingly on my account. Showed up five minutes prior to promise time and the store was closed. Waited around for a while but they clearly had shut down. My account was charged and I called the next day and was told to deal with customer service. It has been a week with no response other than they have acknowledged they have my complaint. They will steal your money and not help you whatsoever in giving it back. Awful customer service and I’m out of money I will never see back in my account. Shame.

If I could give zero stars I would at 11:30 I try to get on Wingstop’s webpage to order from online and it wouldn’t let me so I tried to call the restaurant at 11:41 and they didn’t answer so I came into the Store at 11:50 and was told that I couldn’t even order at the register Then the worker told me to order online when I proceeded to tell him that I already tried to do that he told me that the website shut down at 11:30 however I was on the website trying to order my food at 11:30 when it wasn’t working*Update I just notified wingstop‘s brand?
