This Wendy is lots better 2.6 I just eat there and there food was good and hot and good service
It's okay. Some times they don't use the curbside pickup which my things hard cause your now sitting in line for the drive thru but overall I'll give them a 7.5 out of 10. Good service, friendly employees
Do NOT go to this Wendy’s! They are disgusting and slack ; unless you like to eat paper! I ordered a $40 meal and the whole thing was WRONG and I ended up eating wax paper from the cheese on my chicken sandwich! I called the manager who told me she couldn’t help me and to talk to the general manager. I called for 2 days with no response from the general manager and she told me that they rush sometimes so that’s why there was paper in my sandwich . I am disgusted and this is horrible customer service. I pray that I don’t get sick from this paper being put in my food and I will definitely keep this review updated on these next few days
Had 2 of their breakfast sandwiches with some potato wedges and they were pretty good. My wife and I enjoyed the meal.
Just very unprofessional... you would think because I waited in line for 35 min. ... I would be greeted respectfully... instead young lady (employee had an attitude, huffed, puffed & rolled her eyes...They gave me the wrong food & drink... They asked for the food back to discsrd... the (employee) at the window remade my drink in the same cup of the incorrect drink... & my fries & nuggets were ridiculously cold
Long line, took ages to go through, did not get what I ordered.Only going back to get the big bacon cheddar double, med fry and coke were fine. What I got was a spicy chicken sandwich. Threw it in the trash when I got back. Ate the fries though, which were decent crunchy fries.Edit: 2130(9:30pm) inside was closed, did not want to get back in the ridiculous long long line again just for another messed up burger.Will not be returning anytime soon. Subway or McDonald's will get my patronage instead.
Friendly staff, fairly quick order despite a line in drive-through, quickly understood what I asked for, the order was correct, the fries crispy, and the sandwiches well-made. That's about as much as you can ask from a fast food drive-through.
Wendy's drive through was the fastesr I have. Experiencd in 2 yrs.(not that fast food is My jam) This pandemic has left serve industries short handed and broken. The 1st statesman is saying,Wendy's is on the mend. The attendant " understood the assignment❣" She knew the menu. Her mission : to get the customers through as efficiently as possible w/a smile. ?One would feel safe in swallowing items ordered????
Wendy's is Wendy's. They always have better food than other fast food places, but there is always a longer wait in line.There is always a line, so other ppl besides me are willing to wait for better food.
When I go to a fast food establishment I expect food quickly. We were in line for 30 min. No joke 30 min! The food was fine but it was not fast.
