Placed my order and when I got to window employee was very grumpy. I ordered two taco salads along with other hamburger combo's. When I got home all I was given for the salads was the lettuce container and chili. There where no nachos, salsa or sour cream. Will never return to this Wendy's again. ?
Good food. Sandwich was a bit sloppy with the amount of mayo and ketchup. Plus the tomato was a bit soggy. Messy, but tasty. The fries at Wendy's are much better than they used to be.
It was a pleasant visit. The place was clean and sanitized. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant. The customer service was simply excellent. Thanks to all staff on a job well done. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Don't go here. Was told 1 hour before close that they only accept mobile orders at that time. Wasn't a big deal. What WAS a big deal was getting out of line, placing the order, and waiting back in line for 30 minutes only to be told they didn't have meat. CLOSE YOUR RESTAURANT. If you don't have core ingredients why allow people to purchase them? I spent 20+ dollars and they told me to cancel it but mobile won't allow you to cancel once it shows up as being prepared. I'm still out my 20+ dollars and woke up to see that my "order" was picked up and to enjoy my food. That I didn't get. Management is a joke, and phone is always off the hook because they refuse to deal with their issues. Fire the staff and shut the doors.
There were no hot and crispy fries. If you limp and cold fries this is your place. The dining room is closed and the workers in the drive thru could care less.
Has very good food.we frequent several different locations atleast twice a week we are at one or another of the restaurants. Last few times at Dorchester location they have had someone on the drive through,that has no business being on it!either they repeat the order wrong you correct...repeat yourself because they are talking over you ;carrying on another conversation with someone else. And my favourite one at the window is after every item for your order they say is that all and try to give a total. All of the drive through workers need to take a breath, open their ears and listen to the customers order until the end.
The drive through after around 8 or so will have you moving so slow you'll think you are actually moving backwards! Dont worry however because once you place your order and make it to the window to obtain your food you'll be greeted by workers who really dont enjoy what they are doing and they are sure to show you as much with the attitudes they present to you before and while they present you with the food. The only saving grace is the food is prepared well. It saved them from 2 stars. I cant comment on the daytime hours as I have not been to this location at that time.
Customer service is VERY poor. Last time I came here the big girl at drive thru said she can only do 1 order at the window...mind you the lobby was closed. Today the same lady was VERY rude and disrespectful. She began yelling at me and calling me names because I said she was being rude. My sister ordered a burger with no mayo and when she went to the window to have it corrected the same lady told her "Oh well!" And didn't want to correct it. Food was not fresh either. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Do not go here if you b want fresh food, seriously. They are negligent to serving hot, fresh food. Told the lady at the drive thru my burger was cold, and she handed me an even colder burger! This is not acceptable! Wish I could rate no stars, actually. Poor customer service above all else. She scoffed and complained when I told her the burger was cold.
Drive through only end of October 2021 STILL.Didn't give me my credit card back. Tried calling them. The area code listed isn't even for this STATE. Tried looking it up on multiple sites-4 different ones but none answered. I called at an off time to make sure it wasn't because they were just busy.It's been over a year and a half. I keep hearing excuses like we're short staffed. Ok- but in SL if that time not ONE PERSON had the consideration to put a sign on the door the dine in STILL isn't open? Not a county or CDC or DHEC mandate because EVERYTHING around them has them open. When you have children this is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Get them all unbuckled only to find out you have to get back I'm the car. And eating in the car isn't easy when you have to help them. Oh... and they had no milk.
