Placed a curbside order on March 29, 2022. I sat for over 30 minutes and my food never came out. I attempted to go inside the restaurant, but the door was locked. I then called the restaurant to only be told my food already went out. I advised them that I did not get my food and that I am still sitting in a curbside spot. I advised them that I am and have been the only black truck in curbside since I placed my order. I was then questioned about what I ordered to see if they gave me my food. I told the manager that I did not get my food and that I needed to cancel because I couldn’t wait any longer. I was told they could not do that for me. I was told I had to call to get a refund. I called the number listed in the Wendy’s app and waited on hold for over an hour to request a refund. The lady I spoke with said I would be refunded. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. I wish I could rate Wendy’s a negative 5 star.

I'm usually pretty happy with Wendy's but this location was disgusting! We went to get some fountain drinks and immediately let them know how dirty it was. There was gunk coated on the nozzle, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks! The trash full completely full. We went at an off time, they were not busy and they could of cared less. Wasn't thrilled that the price for the 4 for 4 (usually the junior bacon cheeseburger) is now considered the biggie size, 5 for 5, that's not this locations fault, that's corporate. But if the front where customers go is that dirty I can only imagine what the back looks like. We will definitely not go back.

I’m not sure if it’s the staff or just management, but I have never gotten an order from this location in a reasonable time frame. I understand preparing the food as the order comes in, but I’ve put mobile order in multiple times and still ended up waiting so long 3-4 cars were served before someone came out to tell me the food is almost ready… they’re slow, nonchalant and lack the understanding that their customers do not appreciate having their time wasted.

This is the 1st time that I have gotten burgers from Wendy's and was Not happy. Asked for No onions (upsets my stomach) and it had onions. I went back to have it remade and when I got home, it looked like it was thrown together. NOT HAPPY...Also it was bland (No taste). I had to doc it up with mustard, hot sauce, seasoning salt and pepper. NOT HAPPY.

RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!I was checking my order at the drive through and this very RudePERSON started to Rudely tell me to get out of line because ofCustomers behind me....WELLI " WAS " A CUSTOMER TOO!!!I'm tired of leaving the drive through ,and finding out my order is WRONG AGAIN WHEN I HAVE DRIVEN MILES AWAY I WON'T SPEND MY MONEY WHERE I'M NOT RESPECTED !THERE ARE TO MANY CHOICES !

I'm soo disappointed. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and specifically requested no egg on one them. I get home there's egg on both. I understand mistakes happen but I'm more irritated by being hung up on twice.

They didnt get my order correct so I ended wasting food for a side made not how I asked. Just sour cream and butter they didnt give me ANY for my BP and just chives. I was only passing through so no point in going back.

Ordered at the kiosk, for dine in. Turns out that was a good thing because they forgot part of my order but they fixed it without question when I asked.

I had the worst experience with this Wendy’s the day my son asked me to take him here before his appt. I ordered a double stack four for four with ketchup and lettuce only with sweet and sour sauce and a vanilla frosty. He got the food and must I say it was very fresh. As he was eating it he pulled a loonnngggg piece of hair out of it so I called and spoke to the manager in a very calm manner and she was very rude to me. I told her that there was hair in his sandwich she told me well just bring it back and we will replace it. I told her I was already at my son’s appt and covid is going around so I took a picture of it and threw it away she said well there’s nothing I could do if you don’t have the sandwich so I asked her kindly if she could give me corporate’s number because I don’t see why he can’t have his sandwich replaced if I still have the receipt and a picture of the sandwich with the hair hanging from one side of the sandwich out the next side. She hung up the phone on me and I called back and she answered the phone again and put the phone down and kept taking orders through the drive thru.

Wendy's was good . Decently prepared Fast food has really been difficult to get last several months . This particular Wendy's has achieved a high quality of food prep and service.
