The employees at Turbo Cone are all very kind and super professional! The ice cream is delicious! Our dog Figgy really loves the Pup Cups!
We love turbo cone!! I’m embarrassed to admit how many times a month we frequent this cool little ice cream spot. Plus the staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in the customer service industry. They are always extremely friendly and the ice cream is great. Definitely one of our favorite places to take friends and family who come into town!
We were pleasantly surprised and at quality and creaminess of the soft ice cream! Serving sizes were great. Love the cone cover for drips. Definitely worth the price! Exceeded our expectations in every way! Highly recommend this place!
I wanted to love this place! My friends and I have been excited to finally have a soft serve place in town but the flavors fell short. The consistency was more light and whipped rather than colder soft serve like up north or other places. I just got the classic twist with sprinkles but there wasn’t much flavor. If you dump a bunch of toppings than you probably won’t notice :(. I hope the owners can adjust the recipe as the spot is cool!
Wow!! Finally an amazing soft serve ice cream shop in Charleston! We have been there several times now. Have had milk shakes, sundaes and cones and have never been disappointed ?The staff is very friendly and courteous. Great location and a cool place to hang on a hot day.Take it from this repeat customer, you need to stop by and try it if you haven’t already.
So delicious!! Best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had and loads of great toppings. Nice clean outdoor space to enjoy, very family friendly atmosphere! Staff is extremely courteous . Definitely will go again and again!
This place was nice. Nice staff. Seemed cleaned inside. Served quickly. But…. the ice cream needs flavor which is what a lot of the comments said but I wanted to taste for myself. I hope they read and listen to the reviews regarding lack of taste. Hopefully it’s an easy fix. ?? good luck
We absolutely love this place. It's awesome to have a soft serve ice cream place in West Ashley. Not only classic soft serve, but shakes as well. We love having this after baseball games in the spring. If you want ice cream this is the place to be.
You have to love a specialty place that does one thing and does it well. They have great soft serve ice cream, the staff is really friendly, and the service was fast. Loved it, and will go back next time I'm in Charleston.
