The attention is horrible, the attitude of the people who work there is the worst, I will not return. First and last time here, unfortunately the food and drinks are excellent

Used to be a great place, but ordered for curbside pick up, non customers were parked in those spaces & no one came out to bring me my curbside online order. I had to go inside & when I asked why no one came out the girl looked at me & just shrugged. Terrible customer service & will not be back for a long time, unacceptable.
I love this location The app makes it super easy to get my fix!

I have been coming to Tropical Smoothie for my morning smoothies for a while. I ordered a CURBSIDE order. I waited curbside for 30 mins. All the while, they had my things ready and never brought them out. They were extremely rude when I came in to ask about my order and just told me to go to the shelf and look for it. Extremely terrible service. Not the first time either. Will be giving Smoothie King a try after this. Tropical Smoothie doesn’t deserve my money after such repeated slow and rude customer service.
Trying to cancel online order! No one answers phone! Out of reward that I had used. At least I didn’t waste money!
