I am absolutely ecstatic about the food, smoothies and service from this tropical smoothie cafe! Since this is nurses week and nursing home week I ordered lunch for everyone in the building. They were prompt on both delivery times. The GM assisted me with making this large order and he made it so much easier. He even added cookies as a gift to show support for us being in healthcare. Thank you so much and everyone enjoyed their food and smoothies! This was a hit and we will definitely be doing this again!
My Caribbean jerk wrap was delicious but I’m extremely disappointed to have discovered had a blond/brown hair in it (literally within the last bite). I’m currently drinking my smoothie, which isn’t bad…hopefully there won’t be any surprises there. I’d recommend the workers cover their hair when preparing meals. I won’t return to this location, if ever, for a while. ?
I use to love this place but lately they are horrible. Today was the worst it's been. I doordashed my food and it was thrown in a bag with no container and the wrapping coming off. The wrap itself was hard and had hair wrapped up I side it. That's disgusting. I hate it because I use to love eating here. $24 and can't even eat my dinner. They may refund me tomorrow they said. Not really concerned at all about the hair when I called all they said was do you a refund. Idk how to post a picture or video here but if I did I have it all. So disappointing.
Gross and trashy. Wish we had better options on the island. This place is garbage.

Regular costumer but recently my orders have been messed up my sandwiches never have bacon on it anymore. I believe this is partly because on the online order it doesn’t say plus bacon when you add it but just says “yes please” to the order. Other than that it has been great.
I am a Regular customer and have nothing but great things to say about this location and their employees. I know times are tough with labor but they are making the sweetest lemonade out of lemons I’ve ever tasted. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend
They don't tell you about up charges, for example. I order the kids meal that comes with a smoothie. I ordered the watermelon soothie. For that "special" drink they tacked on 3 extra dollars to the kids meal and then didn't even tell me. I saw the total before I swiped my card and had to asked what happened to the price. The cashier had to get a manager, the manager (i think) was less than professional, and I had to change the drink to a plain smoothie. So we got a basic turkey and cheese tiny wrap, chips, and a basic smoothie for 8. That's kinda high for a kids meal at a fast food joint, but its whatever. Not at all impressed
