This doesn't seem like a place that fits in with the typical Charleston crowds which makes it even better! The food was amazing. Prolly one of the best french dips I've had in awhile. The bourbon punch was equally as great. Will definitely be back for more. Just a warning there is no table service for those who don't want to get up and get their own stuff.
Burger was fine. Wife loved the panini and the bartender was right, they are generous with the fries. Just tried to keep the flies away from our food.
There were no waitresses so you had to order from the bar. The friendly bartender, pretty African American young lady, was very nice, busy, but still nice and friendly. The rest of the staff never acknowledged I was there. After waiting about 15 minutes and not having a menu, I decided to keep it easy and ordered from a small chalk board hanging over the bar. I ordered a sausage dog with onions and cheese on a bun which is exactly what I got. There was a sausage cut into 4 pieces, with shredded onions and a slice of cheese on top. This sandwich was cold. I lifted the slice of cheese and all the onions lifted up, the onions were stuck to the cheese, leaving the bare sausage dog laying on the even more bare bun. No sides, fries chips, just a bun with a cold dog, onions and cheese, not even a pickle spear. I did not order a drink. My bill was $16.00.

The burger was awesome, took about 30 minutes but good. Fries were ok, price is right.Dark atmosphere, have to serve yourself. I would go back for the burgers though better then fast food.

Staff was nice. Food was good.I'm not going to give it much more than good bar food.By the way, when visiting Charleston be aware, local taxes on dining out is 11%. I thought that is a bit high.
This is really a sales service restaurant the order at the bar pick up at a station clean your own table get your own water. Even though we ate outside the smoke was still heavy.
Decent late night jaunt for drinks, burgers, fried food and more. Great spot for after going downtown and when you’re not ready for the night to end. I’ve eaten here a few times and each time the food has been pretty okay… last night we got a burger and fries and it was really dry. Nonetheless we were just happy to find a place late night that was open and had food !
