We ate lunch here today. Everything was really fresh and incredibly delicious. The salad was crisp, had a good quality feta, and a light dressing. Loved the grilled chicken, rice pilaf, and pita. My husband said that his shimp were excellent. So glad to find this grill. By the way, the service was excellent, as well. I'd give it more than five stars if they were available.
The food was amazing! Best Greek restaurant in the city. Me and my family were visiting from Greenville and found it coming down from Folly.Staff was great, very friendly and kind.Definitely will ge going back!Order kabob and gyro, very fresh, and ice cream was good as well.
Love this place! My order is ALWAYS FRESH! they know what I order as a regular so when I walk in they start cooking it. If I change, I catch them as soon as I walk in and let them know my order is different this time. I appreciate the excellent service and fresh food!!
This place is solid. We brought my mother and two kiddos with us. They were hesitant since they haven't eaten Greek food before, so we ordered a variety to be sure there was something they'd like. Well, it was entirely unnecessary because everyone loved their food. My youngest even said it was the best chicken fingers he's ever had. And the cheeseburger? AMAZING. I know... I was surprised to eat the best cheeseburger I've had in Folly Beach.... at a GREEK RESTAURANT... but it's the truth. So so good. And don't sleep on the dessert. The service and facilities were also top notch. This place will be on our tradition list every time we visit Folly. ?
We liked it. During our meal inside many folks picked up to go orders.Some were grocery bag sized. Sure Iwish it costs less but we wanted Greeknear Folly Beach.
I know this is a chain restaurant, but it really is amazing. The lemon chicken soup is some of the best I've ever had. The gyros were very fresh and the fries were crisp. The sweet tea was homemade and not overly sweet. My son took me here and I will always remember how good it all was. Thank you guys for doing franchises right. I can't wait to try your other locations. Maybe open one in Greenville SC?
The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill on Folly Road on James Island is a great place to go for quick and delicious Greek food when you are in the area and want something good. I really like the way everything is fresh and prepared. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that you get everything you order.
Thrilled to find a restaurant with exceptional fresh and delicious Greek food in Charleston. Liked it so much we asked the owner if he needed any investors. He graciously said no but it will be a go to spot for us.
Awful. Charleston just can’t get Greek right. With all the folks from up north moving down south how is it that the Charleston area, which claims to have such great food, cannot get any ethnic cuisines right? This place was bo different. Greek fast food is all it is, and it tastes awful. The pita bread is just white bread. The cheapest pitas they can find apparently. The lamb was awful. Flavorless, and rubbery. The rice was greasy, and also had zero flavor. The tzatziki sauce is not home made, no way. It was runny, and tasted more like mayo than it did yoghurt. Yikes. We will not be back to this place again.
Oh my God... the best authentic Greek fare I've ever had at a quick style restaurant (way too good to call it "fast food!") Their lamb souvlaki with salad and rice, avgolemono soup, rice/salad bowl with choice of protein, were amazing! Everything on the menu - so delicious! Wonderful Greek desserts such as rice pudding and baklava! The owners and staff so friendly, and they have a wonderful chef from Las Vegas that was so evidently well trained in Greek cuisine!
