Spotted this gem while driving downtown and decided to stop in- was the best choice I made that night! The band was great and the dancefloor was full! Full bar, average prices (was hoping for dive bar prices but I can't complain cause the service was great). There was a cover to get in and the line was a little slow to move but it may have been due to a wedding party that was arriving

Took my lady to the Commodore for drinks, music, and dancing and we were NOT disappointed! The service was great - bartenders and bouncers were friendly and efficient. The band was amazing, and the singer killed it! Went on a Saturday night for Future Funk (the acts vary week-to-week, but it's always funk music) and the place filled up with a packed dance floor. Was a terrific experience and will definitely return ?

The website needs to be updated. We decided to visit while on vacation and went on Caribbean/Reggae night and the website stated they opened at 5 or 6pm. When we arrived a neighbor told us they don't start until later that night. We decided to go in and it was completely empty. I ordered a drink and asked the guy behind the bar about the time they start, he was rude and very short with his answers, but stated they start at 9 or so. Maybe he was annoyed we were there early. I had my drink and as we were leaving another couple came in due to the website time. We did come back later that night and they then wanted to charge us to get in. I refused, stating I'd been there earlier and they let us in. The music was nice, but there was no reggae. Very misleading.

I am here now for my 46th birthday and I'm loving it..Let's see what the night has for us now.! Shout out to the owner for an awesome place he got here if you ever need a cook for the food truck I'll be available. Lol!

Great bar and music scene. 70s 80s vibe

Great fun place with wonderful music. Staff was very nice and friendly and lots of friendly people having a wonderful time together and strangers becoming friends. Can't wait to visit again

A super fun venue a little ways from downtown. Decided to come here for their Funktastic night. A bit bummed the outdoor space was closed but there is a back bar to hang in if you need a little air. It was super fun getting to dance with great music being played. It did get a little too “woo woo” girl populated after a while. And security had their hands full trying to prevent them from getting on stage. I’ve also never paid $9 for a white claw in my life! Even still, a fun night here!

I wish more places like this existed back home in NYC. This club has that quintessential 70s boudoir vibe. Padded bar, velvet tiger striped upholstery, checkerboard linoleum dance floor and dark wood paneling. Drinks are cheap, bands are dope, staff is nice. "Secret" back bar by the bathrooms. Cover is $12 bucks, very worth it IMO. Will be back.

The band was amazing. The bartender, a short guy with brown hair, charged my card for an unauthorized amount. He did not provide a receipt for me to sign. Beware, the bartenders are not to be trusted.

Tried to reserve a table for my birthday and Ashley never followed up after multiple emails. I had out of town guests & it was our last stop of the night. Tried to get in the door and the table wasn’t reserved. Poor customer service and disappointed you can’t communicate with anyone on the website.
