Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to…. Waited 30 minutes for drive thru to greet us and when asked if they were still serving lady said to “just wait”…. After waiting a long time in the line we pull off to not hold up the line and get down the road to find out we were missing half our order and we received items we didn’t even order. At this point it wasn’t worth going back. Never going back…
Worst service ever. If I could give no stars I would. I know it’s fast food but when the restaurant is dead and it’s taking over 45 minutes of standing here waiting for food that no body is making, and the one person who was attempting to get an order started keeps walking off the line… absolutely ridiculous. Can’t even get someone’s attention to get my money back, 2 people walked In and waited to order. No one paid them any attention and they walked out. Still five minutes after completing this review, no one has paid us any attention and no cook on the line. Will be going to the st andrews tbell from now on. ? correction ten minutes later the drive thru side started to tend to our order…common ?
Heads up Taco Bell Savannah Hiway location manager.. Usually we get great friendly service at this Taco Bell but the girl at the window was slack! She was not welcoming, never said thanks for visiting Taco Bell. Usually the staff is super friendly but not tonight. Food okay but thrown in bag & when we asked that we get hot sauce, she said I know but no hot sauce after we got our food.
Don't plan to visit here after dark. Their hours of operation are open until 1 am but employees are always closing early. Three times now I was not able to order food because they were closed 1-2 hours early. Employees still inside and telling drive thru guests they're closed. I saw several cars pull up and be turned away. Cook Out next door was happy to have my business.
I ordered a white hot burrito and a surpreme soft taco with a sweet tea. I received 2 soft tacos and an unsweetened tea for lunch.I go in to let the cashier know. (I wouldn't have most days but I really wanted that burrito)They remake my order and allow me to keep my 2 tacos. I exchanged my drink for a Baja blast.Such a simple task but the Attendant "Kenny" was literally so nice. Which was shocking for a fast food chain. He corrected my order promptly and was just really nice. And so was the lady in the drive thru. It was really awesome to have that experience even after a rough morning at the office.
Too often the staff just doesn't want to work. Don't waste your time going to this Taco Bell when you have a craving. No matter how bad just don't choose this place
I do not recommend this location. They messed up my order so I had to call 5 times to get through & when I finally did the manager was nice & said I can come get my order remade. I didn’t have time to go back that day so I went back another day. So when I went back they were in the office running there mouth & my food was made wrong nice again after my boyfriend repeated several times to them what it was supposed to be. I will not go to this location again.
Worst tado bell ever. Won't allow you to order with a person. Told me to order at kiosk. Finished my order and the kiosk stopped....took me a few minutes to get some ones attention then had to talk with 3 different people. They reset the kiosk and I left......hope they all lose their jobs to automation.
Normally this taco bell isn't bad but today I got 3 tacos and there wasn't hardly any meat in them. If I had wanted just a cheese, sour cream & lettuce taco then I would have asked for that. The review won't let me leave a picture of the joke of tacos I got. Had many problems with the employees getting orders right at this location and their frozen drink machine never works. The frozen drinks cost more but they never offer to give me the difference back when I order a head and their machine is broken. If the machine doesn't work then you shouldn't be able to order one in the app but it let's you and then you get ripped off.
Place is hit and miss. Not all the staff are bad, but if you are there on a day that the workers just wanna get paid and not work then be prepared to not get food. On two occasions it was late and I was hungry and it was only 8 o clock. I get the drive through and I was told they were closed. If you were closed you wouldn’t be there to answer the call. You are open til midnight with 4 hours to spare. If you are closed shut off the lights and lock up. It was obvious the staff was there and running out the clock but did not want to perform any work. I can’t answer for what goes on in there but this place obviously needs to be under new management.
