I find it absolutely astounding that Ye Old Fashioned Cafe can have a dining room packed full of people and these people are too lazy to open their dining room. I live right by this place, driving there is a waste of gas. COVID is over. Imagine walking there just to find out you can't get in. It's not like this info is published anywhere.
Worst service ever! I went through a drive through with only 1 person in front of me which is no big deal, after all it is fast food. Upon being greeted at the order box in a not so kind attitude by a young lady -no name tag- I was then told that they didn’t have any tacos or burritos…. Just really… I pointed out to her as nicely as possible that the cravings box does have a 5 layer burrito and taco option.. she then never responded… NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION!
These folks Couldn’t get an order right if they life depended on it… Never going back so tired of my order being short tap in several times at this location… I will make the extra journey to go to the next nearest Taco Bell
My wife and I went there at around 10:24 to grab dinner but nobody even addressed the drive-thru. We then drove around to the window and we saw someone but they didn’t acknowledge anyone at all. So we tried to walk in to do the order and the doors were locked. And we decided to try the drive-thru again one more time before going somewhere else and once again, nobody would take our order.
Manager changing menu boards at a snails pace during lunch rush instead of helping workers. My order was skipped over and had to wait while 3 other parties got their orders even though I had ordered long before them.
Always such a delight getting food from here. Staff is always ready to go, super friendly/positive, never have to wait that long before someone comes to help you/take your order. Highly recommend this taco bell location.
Good service overall but a little slow getting through line for food. Employees friendly and helpful.
Got our order completely wrong. Added sour cream to a burrito, charged for it, no sour cream. Ordered a number 8 Supreme, no sour cream. Not to mention the tacos were all upside down in the bag. Definitely won't pass Moe's again for terrible service.
8th time that I have been to this location in the late hours. They have stopped service about 30 min before. don't go here late night and waste your time. And the nights they do take your order its terriblly slow service
Easily the worst experience ever. had to explain to the person taking my order that i only wanted meat and cheese on my tacos for 5 minutes. got my food and there was lettuce on all of it. brought it up to the door and told the lady that there was lettuce on all of it and asked for new ones. my bag got brought out and there was only one in there with only meat and cheese the other one had lettuce and my cheesy gordita crunch had spicy ranch on it, not to mention it was all freezing cold and got all over the bag because they were not wrapped.
