One year ago this place was amazing. I would give it 5 Stars on every review that I did. I cannot say the same now. If I could give 0 stars that is what they would get. My order on 4/6/22 was wrong. I called that night and was told there was no manager available but they took my name and number and i would be called next day. When that didnt happen, I waited until the next day and was told they would text manager right then and he would get back with me that night. When I called yesterday whoever it was that I talked with was rude, told me manger didnt speak English and what exactly did I expect them to do. I was told they couldnt offer a credit or send out the correct order. Even though the food is good, after being treated the way that I was, I will definitely be looking for another place to spend my money where it is appreciated.
If I could give it 0 stars I would, but google reviews won't let me. I try to support the restaurants near me & always hope it will be a better experience, but yet again NOPE. They forgot 3 out of the 6 things we ordered and then tried to give me something else that was half the price in exchange. The people in the back were sitting laughing and watching videos rather than making food. If we didnt check our bags we wouldn't have had basically any of what we ordered. to top it all off the girl working at the front should not be.....she is extremely rude and not welcoming to anyone that walks in. If you want good sushi go to MESU or FUJI 10,000,000 times better for the same price. It may look cheap and then somehow your bill is $80 and they'll forget half of it
Came in and ordered some sushi for take away, and the Hostess forgot our sauces & items we ordered. The name on the ticket was Kristen, the food was good though.
I wish I could leave zero star review because of the service my son had today at this place. He is a regular customer at this establishment and enjoys the food. On this occasion, the girl at the register refused to give him his change. When my son repeated that she owed him his change the register person told him to stop being annoying. Taking money from a 13-year old customer is that how they do business.
This was my first time at this restaurant. The inside is very nice. As you enter there is a young lady sitting down and directing you to where the menus are. The prices are kind of steep but it depends on what you get. I ordered the downtown roll and spicy crab crunch roll. You get 8 pieces each and it cost $18.85. I don't know if the young lady at the front desk cannot count but she did not give me the exact change. However, you let me determine if I choose to give a tip. Very disappointing. However, the sushi was very tasty and enjoyable. I would recommend but the young lady at the front desk needs some training or a calculator. Please correct.
I had to-go orders. Chirashi bowl was not bad, better than I had expected. A good selection of sashimi, about a total of about 15 pieces from 5-6 kinds of fish with shrimp, crab sticks, and tamagoyaki. I also ordered chicken dumplings which were as expected.

Do not waste your money! I ordered food to take to my hotel. Opened the box when I arrived and my order was not even right. In addition the meat was rotten and undercooked which could have more than likely given me salmonella. I would never recommend this place if you value your money and health and when I informed them of this haven’t even issued the refund
"Hibachi Lobster and Filet Mignon."The medium rare seven little chunks of meat were overcooked (I hesitate to use the term well done for fear someone might think something was done well) and was stringy.The lobster tail was overcooked and was dark brown. The fried rice wasn't fried but might have been white rice mixed with soy. The broccoli was ok!Overall, a solid one-star experience. We should've noticed red flags... one to two hour wait everywhere else nearby but this place was empty.
$22.99 for takeout…. I would gladly pay $15 for this portion. This is unacceptable. Sushi 101 in goose creek would never!
