Accidentally ordered food online for the next day and Joel one of the employees were super kind. Offered to help me with canceling the order the next day. It was completely my mistake so I was just going to leave, but Joel was kind to make a sandwich, which I was happy to pay for. But the kindness that they showed, Joel and Matt, I thank you and so close to before they close.

Great location! Staff was really good. We come here often.

I honestly hope the employees get recognized for their amazing customer service at about 5:30ish PM. I just got my sub and I’m having a terrible day, like I walked into subway just needing food after a tearful day. They took time to be extra kind people, and nowadays that’s rare - so amazing employees. Thank you.

Courteous and patience always when I come on my lunch break ...my food is fresh.

All the employees are great and it's always clean.-3 stars because the manager has no organizational skills. Just excuses. I managed a subway before. Its not that hard if you prep correctly and not hide when there is a rush. I've seen her do dishes during a lunch rush before. Today it took 10 minutes for me to pick up an online order that was ready on the table.

i go here a single time and now i have a chronic addiction to subway, i go from having like 200 dollars to in like 2ish weeks having like 25 dollars just from buying a combination of subway and gas

Being a customer is a great experience. Its working there that I am reviewing. I contemplated making this review for a while and decided to just now as I passed by on foot and seeing the closing hours have been drastically influenced from being "understaffed". The owner seems amazing, however the manager there (and the unlivable starting wage) is what is making you guys understaffed. Her name is Audry, and as a human and outside of work, she is as sweet as can be. But as a manager, she is pretty close to impossible to work for and with. I spent close to 10 years being manager of 2 warehouses where collectively I had 27 employees and from a managers point of view, Audry can not handle managing just 5 or 6 people to help run the restaurant. You try to talk to her, offer constructive criticism and she loses it, goes into a tizzy and won't hear of it at all. THIS and an unlivable wage is why you stay understaffed. When I was there, I fully intended to get to a point where the poor lady could have a break but she refuses to work with anyone, so I chose to remove myself from the situation because it's kind of an impossible situation . Thank you and just know, this subway location is extremely clean and I still eat there to this day, this is only a review as being employed there.
