This is my favorite Starbucks , everyone is nice and surprisingly happy especially first thing in the morning . I’m not a regular costumer but when I need Starbucks this is where I go to . Always a long line but moves real quick .
I love this Starbucks location in West Ashley off of Sam Rittenburg because they are always friendly and my drink order is always right!
Every time I've gone here, they are out of something (no large cups for a long time). This time, after ordering there was a machine problem so the barista was unable to make my drink. He offered a refund, in the form of a Target card (not the cash I paid). Thankfully, it's a Target card since I will never return to this location.
I arrived 10 mins before they close but no one is available.
Love the smell of a Starbucks. The cake pops are an A + according to the little one
I can't say enough how much I love Starbucks. I typically go everyday. Nexton Starbucks to me makes the best drinks.
I recently visited this Starbucks inside of target. My drink was handed to me overflowing. I spent ten minutes inside of the starbucks cleaning up my cup. This could've easily been prevented by the barista just pouring out some of the liquid before handing it to me. There was only one person working and I understand that can be tough, but it is no excuse for bad service.
Starbucks is the best. I drink one Carmel macchiato every day ...love it
01-06-2021. I would not recommend anyone going to this Starbucks. I was there with my husband today getting drinks and there where two roaches on the counter. My husband swooped the live one off the counter and killed it for me, and I let the lady behind the counter know and see the dead one on the counter and she just shrugged and said “they’ll have to call pest control out again this week” she didn’t even wipe the counter off with a rag but continued to make drinks and food with dead bugs on the counter. It was absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t even drink my drink after it I ended up throwing it away because I just couldn’t.
Long line made even longer by staff. Out of advertised products, staff spending a ton of time correcting customer's orders. Patronizing correction of customers perpetuating that Starbucks coffee culture.
