Wonderful customer service! Charlotte was a sweetheart. Both she, and couple of other employees helped me understand my rewards. The man who made my drinks was also delightful. The music made my work in the store more delightful. I decided to write this review because "Poison" by Bell Biv DeVoe came on and the staff got seriously happy. Like cheered! I'm pretty sure that was the manager that I saw singing some of the words to herself. This made my whole day! I love seeing people who work well together and enjoyed what they do. I am assuming this was that group because they shined through their customer service and positivity.
Terrible. Did a mobile order. Kept asking me all we got, and STILL didn't get all my items. Then for one of the items i was missing, I told the dude at window and he didn't believe me, checked my bag, and after i pulled off realized i STILL didn't get another one of my items. Missing a sandwich. Worst Starbucks ever. Thought mobile ordering would make it easier on everyone but I guess tf not.
Very rude management. She was upset because I wanted soy milk instead of whole milk. And added frapp chips inside of a caramel ribbon crunch & I didn’t ask for it. And was upset because I wanted a refund
The best Vt Caramel Frappe ever at this location. Other Starbucks were not as well made. I'll be passing a few to go there!
You may want to call to see if they're open before you head there. Hours say they open at 5:00A.m. I pulled up to their drive-thru at 6:20 on a Wednesday and there was a sign that said they were closed.
The fastest order I've ever had at any Starbucks!! Despite a line I was in and out in like 3 minutes.

Stopped in for a simple decaf americano. Asked for a tall with two shots and a little oat milk. I’ve been ordering starbucks for years. I know exactly how I like it because I know the standard recipes. I order my drinks exactly how I want them ratio wise. I got my drink in a grande size cup because someone must have added too much water or milk and honestly my simple americano drink tastes like watered down milk. I try to not be difficult and yet it’s still not right. I feel like the standard should be the same amongst all starbucks.
Friendly, quick service. Grat, convenient location. Main dining area is clean and spacious. Would give 5 stars, however, the bathroom appeared unkept.
Super fast service through this locations drive through today. Grey was so kind at the window. Coffee was made perfect to my order and the breakfast sandwich was a nice warm pick-me-up before work.
