Excellent coffee
Like to stop in on my way to work, usually fast & friendly. Today i had an employee walk out the kiosk while I was standing in line patiently while the other employee was fulfilling other orders.
The staff os friendly but they usually only have one person working so service is slow.
I didn't even go to Starbucks!!!. I don't know why my phone prompts me to do this, but it's getting one star since this app is so intrusive that it follows me everywhere, get the places I visited wrong, then bugs & bothers me, until I do a review:(
My iced coffee was perfect. Just the way I ordered it.
This location always has friendly staff and is quick in processing your order. It isn't the easiest location to get in and out of, however, but I'm thankful for it since it's the closest to my work and home :)
Starbucks in Harris Teeter on Savannah Highway in West Ashley is a great place to stop and get a quick coffee and snack. I like being able to shop for groceries and get a coffee while I am shopping or one for the road to enjoy later. The drinks are always well prepared here and my order has been right every time. I like that there is a nice sitting area here and it is good to have a business meeting because there always seems to be an open seat regardless the time of day. This is a cool Starbucks.
The customer service was horrible. I just wanted to buy a mug, but when I asked if I could pay for it, the person working said she’d get to me after she finished what she was doing. I waited for a while (my husband checked out our groceries and came to wait with me). She was standing and waiting for the microwave to stop. Seriously?!? There was plenty of time to just ring up my purchase. Very lacking in manners and courtesy. She treated the person in front of me the same way. Needless to say, I left without purchasing the mug.
We were just visiting but after 2 visits the staff remembered just how I lo,e my coffee. That is what I call good customer service.
