Personally somewhere in between Halo and real Starbucks quality. They will not accept points- which was rather annoying after I explicitly asked before letting my app be scanned. This location also doesn’t participate in promotions.

It's Starbucks. Over priced. Low quality. You can buy coffee, cream and sugar to last weeks for the price of one drink. Personal opinion. Just not impressed. Gas station coffee taste just as good or better.
The 2 ladies that were there this morning were absolutely horrible and just rude.
My mother and my brother in law were in Ashley River Towers at the same time. Every day for almost four weeks we purchased at least one cup of coffee from this store. Their staff was professional and worked diligently to get the orders right. However, towards the end of our stay, one of the workers actually started asking about our situation. She then asked everyday for the rest of our stay. She seemed genuinely concerned. She went above and beyond and for that we will be forever grateful.
Small, quaint location. Staff is nice and they accept the app, even if they cannot scan the phone. The only problem is that it closes way too early, especially given its location.
Custo.er service is great
The drink I got was alright. Wish they called my name when my beverage was ready.
